I have been going to Dr. Scott as my family physician for 9 years. Dr. Scott is a true professional who always takes the time to explain things to me regarding medical issues, medicine recommendation, etc. He is an extremely capable physician and his bedside manner is equally as commendable. New residents in our community will sometimes ask if I can recommend a family physician and without hesitation or reservation I steer them towards Dr. Scott. Dr. Scott’s entire staff are equally as professional and friendly as the doctor is.

Dr. Scott and his staff Vanessa (receptionist), Teresa (nurse) are the epitome of great customer service. They are always cheerful and kind. Dr. Scott encourages feedback and actually listens before responding. His bedside manner makes you feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Scott is a down to earth normal guy. He takes the time with you and provides HONEST advice! It’s all about what is best for you. I have worked supporting hospital infrastructure for 40 years at many of the Harvard teaching hospitals in Boston so I have an inside look at what is good and the not so good. IF you can get Dr. Scott as you PC Physician I highly recommend it! His medical assistant Teresa is awesome too, as well as Athena who runs the office side. What a team! RKM
