I have been working with this company for years! One of the things I love most is the quickness to respond to all of your needs. The communication is fast and the service is spectacular.

I have become increasingly concerned about the noticeable decline in customer service quality and apparent staffing challenges with David Tapia Insurance. The lack of prompt and effective response to inquiries and issues has become a recurring problem. This situation not only affects the immediate experience but also raises questions about the overall commitment to their insurance customers’ satisfaction and efficient service. It is crucial for any service-oriented business to address these issues promptly to maintain trust and ensure a high standard of service for its clients. Yet David Tapia Insurance has failed at every turn.

Key personal not coming into the office till 12 noon and the lack of communication makes it very difficult to work with this insurance company. My best advice is to stay away from this insurance brokerage company. If I can’t get them to give quality service on a million plus dollar home policy. Then how could anyone else.

They are very willing to work with me and find the best price for home and auto. Highly recommend them.
