Dr Cashen is great. I had a visit with him for hip pain. He quickly diagnosed the cause and gave me treatment options. Demeanor is calm and caring. Spent time going over xray. I highly recommend him for your orthopedic needs!
I go in February 1st for my 4th knee surgery. Dr. Cashen has made me feel very comfortable and confident in his abilities to correct my knee. In my opinion, he is the best.
Dr. Cashen and his whole team took excellent care of me. I had my left knee replaces July 2023 and my right November 2023. All the staff and physical therapy were great!

Coastal orthopedics was absolutely amazing. I had a full hip replacement and they were just wonderful. Six weeks and I’m back riding my motorcycle. Dr. Cashen and his staff take an individual approach towards your situation and the post operative physical therapy is amazing as well. Coastal orthopedics runs like clockwork based on their patients needs and don’t make you feel like just a number.
Dr Cashin is an excellent physician. He doesn't always say what you want to hear but, that is why he is good!

Beautiful building and patient rooms; attentive and friendly check in & check out staff; waiting area is sizable and extremely clean; my doctor (Dr Cashen) asked appropriate questions and provided options. The location in Bradenton is perfect too—less than a mile from I-75 and plenty of parking. I’m VERY happy with Coastal Orthopedics—I give them a 5+ review!
As always, the appt with Dr Cashen was what one hopes for, and as always the conversation (re travel) was better than one hopes for. The injection (btw) was quick and painless.
