David's Bridal Clearwater FL

Funny, David's Bridal actually sent me an email asking me how my experience was. Well, you get what you ask for so here goes.
Booked online to get help looking for a special occasion dress. Showed up at said time and let them know I had an appointment and was told to go look in the special occasion area and my person would be over to help. Well, after looking around and hauling 7 dresses on one arm I finally gave up waiting for the person who was "supposed" to be helping me (this was after at least 20 minutes of waiting) and asked the two girls at the reception counter if there was a dressing room I could go try them on in. The manager over heard and intervened and placed me in a fitting room and said she would go find the girl who was "supposed" to be helping me as that was her section and she was no where in sight (manager didn't even know where she was). So I tried on all the dresses, hung them up, left them in the dressing room and walked out. No one ever showed up to help me, ask me if I needed help (including the same manager who made eye contact with me as I was leaving) and it was only after I pasted the reception desk and my back was now toward them that someone said, "Have a nice day. " Somehow saying it to someone's back is easier than to their face, right? Literally the worst customer service and management I have ever experienced. It was like I didn't exist and I thought to myself, gees and I just booked an appointment to be treated like this LOL, what was the point. The only reason I even made the attempt at going there was because I thought I could get some real help with finding a gown for a wedding I'm attending. You couldn't pay me to go back. As most of us ladies know, buying formal wear can be stressful, especially when shopping solo. I thought going to David's Bridal would help alleviate some of that stress as this is what they specialize in, not leave me feeling as though I had just been silently shunned like a scene from "The Handmaid's Tale. " Seriously, this would be a zero star review if that were even possible. Moral: If you're looking for a gown that isn't bridal (maybe only brides get the love there) you might want to try somewhere else.

I Just wanted to say I had a Great day at David's Bridal today this young Lady who helped me Crystal Jeffers was Fabulous Today I made my choice about my plans and she put the topping on the cake she is Beautiful to work with ask for her when you go in Clearwarer Store I have never been so Happy Thank you Mrs C Jeffers your amazing sweet lady nice to meet you.

If you plan to buy a wedding dress! You have to ask for Kate! She wasn't sure what she wanted, but she made me find the perfect dress, she made me feel safe! And she was very patient and I am a very picky person. Thank you very much Kate for selecting the perfect dress for me?

I recently came in just browsing for a bridesmaid dress, with no intention on buying that day. But when I met with Mora it made it felt so welcoming. She found the exact dress I was looking for. I would definitely shop here in the future again. Thank you!

Service was amazing thank you Cari you were so helpful! My soon to be daughter-in-law found her dress and is over the moon happy. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the store needs to be updated (seems dreary, ripped chairs.etc) A little TLC would go a long way.

My friend (who is the bride) and I and a few other guest went to Davids Bridal to try on some wedding dresses. My friend had never tried on wedding dresses before so we were just hoping to narrow down what she liked and didn't like. The employee, Zoey, who assisted us in our search did an AMAZING job. She took in everything that we didn't and did like. The 4th dress that was tried on brought us to tears. We didn't leave with a dress but we have already set another appointment to dress shop with her!

Crystal is an ANGEL! I fell in love with a dress that wasn't available in my size before my wedding. Somehow this angel was able to actually find the ONE and only exact dress in my inventory in the entire country - she made it happen before my big day. She was patient, kind, caring and full of joy that added to the whole experience. I would recommend any nervous or indecisive brides to go to her to make your experience the best one!

I had a scheduled appointment today at 10: 30am. My bridal stylist was Tatyana. She was delightful & ever so patient. My daughter called me several times to see which mother of the bride dresses I was trying on. After trying on numerous dresses & video chatting with my daughter who’s getting married, I finally found one. The above picture is the dress and the color is the swatch piece-Marine. Thanks to Tifani for expediting my order so I can make it in time to celebrate my daughters wedding️ Randi

I found the one! I owe it all to Brandon Hall my stylist (aka my wedding guru) I only tried on a handful of dresses, he made sure we stayed focus on only what made me feel the absolute best! Anytime I was unsure, Brandon provided neat tips and tricks to eliminate and/or expedite my wishes & keeping our eye on the prize. My entire experience exceeded any expectations thanks to Brandon’s magic I am so thrilled to rock this gorgeous dress! Bless your heart Brandon, I am beyond grateful? -Happy Bride

Very great experience shopping with my sister for her wedding gown today! Zoey was our stylist and she was so kind, encouraging, and she helped us find the perfect gown! Crystal, the manager was also very sweet and made us feel welcome. We are very thankful that we chose to come here for her wedding dress experience. Great selection of dresses for all shapes, sizes, and styles!

Always plenty of assistance when you make an appointment and come in to visit. Staff is familiar with colors and dresses, always more than willing to go the distance. Cari did a great job at suggestions for a cruise Captains dinner dress.

Zoe was my stylist (I’m a little late posting but better late than never)! She was very helpful and kind! There was a big variety there too! Zoe asked if I had any pictures of a dress I want- I’d highly recommend looking up dresses you like on the davids bridal site to have ready to show your stylist. You can fill out a questionnaire before the appointment that helps the stylist too. I showed some Pinterest photos and then picked out some dresses myself, and she picked out a few she thought I’d like too. She had some great picks! This was my first time shopping for a dress for the wedding so I definitely want to come back for another time to look some more.

Zoe helped us for my bridesmaids dress fitting this Sunday and she made it such a positive and comfortable experience. She was quick but thorough in finding the perfect dress and sizing for me and was super sweet and very pleasant to work with if your getting married in the Tampa or Clearwater area definitely go see Zoe to help you get your perfect dress too they were even able to order it in the color we need and deliver it to our house for convenience as I live an hour away.

Both my stylist and my alterations specialist were very nice, efficient and helpful. The store was never overcrowded and I always felt as though I got the level of attention I needed. Good selection of dresses, many are affordable.

I had an appointment with Mora last Saturday. From the start, she was super helpful and extremely friendly. She guided me through the whole process of the dress selection. During my try on’s, she was extremely helpful, and gave me so many different options of trying on different veil’s, different beaded belts, shoes etc. To make the whole outfit come together. She was super awesome and easy-going to work with. Would highly recommend the store and her as well! I finally narrowed it down to two dresses and ended up returning back to the store on Sunday to pick my final selection. I said yes to the dress!
