Davie Taco Bar (Agave)

There’s not many places in Broward let alone Florida that has authentic Mexican food, but this is it! As a food critic/reviewer this really had me impressed! The Sopes Del Jefe is definitely something I recommend when you go. They have something to everyone and what you’re feeling for. The menu is extensive! I can also say the staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Definitely better than a lot of mainstream/popular taco shops out there.

Best hole in the wall taco spot! Recommend the Birria tacos and elote en vaso. You will have to wait a little longer but it will be worth the wait.

The food was cold and they put just rice and barley any steak in my steak tacos. It was disgusting. Never eat here!

All you can eat tacos on Tuesday for $15 is the reason I eat here weekly. Their barbacoa is genuine head meat and tastes extremely beefy. Their service is fast and friendly. Small place, always busy, great local place to support. See you on taco Tuesday.

Great authentic mexican flavors. Over 15 meat and protein options. Everthing is fresh. Home made tortillas and chips. Amazing friendly staff. Definitely recommend. Birria Tacos are a highlight. Tough to beat in the area.

Really authentic mexican food! Amazing pork belly (chicharron en salsa verde), trompo, and barbacoa tacos. The sopes are delicious as well! Would definitely recommend this place. Their nachos and an HORCHATA are a perfect pairing

Hi everyone. I must say authentic tacos in this area unheard off we'll let me shut my Pie-hole.this place rocks! Being from homestead florida where true Mexican is served Davies taco bar is second to none. Huge servings with all the options available to filled your tacos burritos sopes etc this place is well prepared to filled the hungry appetite. Flavor and service excellent we were beyond satisfied I recommend 100 %

I give it one star due to lack of hygiene. Everyone in the kitchen area was wearing gloves yet still touching everything including their own hats, belts, wiping their nose down with the same gloves. I didn’t even get a chance to try their tacos I was looking forward to. No second chances

First time and the food is good, we ordered steak tacos, trompo tacos, gringa and sopes. We love the sopes, so tasty. My only complaint is the rice, we ordered a small mexican rice and was cold and extremely dry.

The absolute best taco place I’ve tried. I’ve never been disappointed coming here. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Anytime I want authentic Mexican food, I always come here.

Read some reviews about this place & since my wife loves Mexican food, I thought we’d try it. Food was outrageously good. We knew in our first couple bites, this was our new goto for Mexican food. We shared a pork burrito (it was HUGE), 5 tacos with a mix of steak, chicken & pork, elote en vaso (roasted corn w/ chili aioli) & queso fundido w/chorizo. It was OFF. THE. CHAIN. If you are looking for great authentic Mexican food, give Davie Taco Bar a try. You’ll be very happy you did.

We had the best experience! Jonathan was so helpful with our little guy’s soccer team, 30 of us! I called ahead and he was so friendly, helpful and the food was fantastic, thank you!

Food wasn’t bad… kids running the restaurant… orders not coming out correctly… need a manager on duty to maintain customer service or 1st and only visit… very disappointing…

My order was dissapointing for $15. I kept looking for the rest of it. The melted cheese stuck to the styrofoam cup and I couldn't get it out. Don't recommend.

Amazing tacos! Authentic and really delicious. Not a fancy place to go but if you want a really good taco this is the place for you!

I recently moved here from San Diego and was craving authentically made tacos. This place definitely did not disappoint. When we got there they let us try all the different meat options and taste it all. I didn’t eat one bad thing while I was there. The birria meat was exceptionally good along with the horchata. If you’re in the area and want a good quick place to eat this should be top of the list.

Tacos were very bad, spicy, salty and the restaurant was dirty, tables were not wiped, floor sticky and the food was heated in plastic bags - does anyone know how toxic that is? We were hoping to find good tacos and wasted our money.
