We have been extended renters with D&D and they are an amazing property management company to work with! When it’s time for lease renewals they make it easy and stress free! If there is a problem they ensure everything is handled in a timely manner day or night! We had a septic issue and I called and spoke to Kelsey who personally ensured it was taken care of. She even followed up personally once it was it was fixed! Definitely recommend!

My first experience with rental property was about 40 years ago. I took care of everything myself and while it profitable and worked out well for me, It was not a pleasant experience trying to deal with the tenants. In 2015 I bought my first property in Navarre, FL. I did some research and hired Davis and Decker to manage that property for me. I can safely say it’s been one of the best business experiences I’ve had, and I’ve had a lot of them through the years. The staff that run this business are very professional, very competent completely trust, worthy. Davis and Decker takes care of everything and keeps impeccable records which makes things easier for me at tax time. They screen and run backgrounds on all the tenants they collect and deposit the rents and notify me when repairs are necessary. Actually I’ve never met the first tenant in the eight years I’ve been doing business with them. I have no need to. My experience with this first property went so well. I purchased a second property in 2021 and it worked out very well. Just like the first one. Without reservation I can give Davis and Decker my highest recommendation.

I have done research on the local management companies and kept an eye on davis and decker for a few years until we needed them. Their rate is the best you will find! Now that we are renting out our home the experience has been exactly what I expected. The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. Their maintenance man has done a wonderful job making last minute fixed and even paint touch ups. So far we are so pleased with the care they take in maintaining our beloved home.
