If you’re looking for an energetic and fun studio this is the studio for you. Mrs. Jennifer, Heather, Gabriella & Mr. D are fantastic dance instructors & superb mentors.

My daughter has been with Dawson Dance Academy for 5 years and really likes it. She absolutely loves Mrs. Heather! Mrs. Heather has realistic expectations and works well with all ages. Mr. D is awesome too! The studio is organized and clean. Great environment for dancers!

This is our 3rd Year at DDA! And we have had such a wonderful experience with all of our instructors! Ms. Amy, Ms. Gabby, and Ms. Heather are so great with the littles and new to dance kids! The summer camps are a great way to try out difference dance styles before registering for the year!

Our family absolutely loves Dawson Dance Academy! All 4 of my daughters have been there at one time or another, since the Westchase Studio first opened and truly enjoyed the experience. The variety of classes offered is fantastic, and the recitals are always a pleasure with great performances. The street team and competitive team were definitely a favorite option & the events were Always a great experience. The girls really loved it. All of their experiences at Dawson Dance Academy also instilled strong confidence in each of them, which they still carry to this day. My eldest daughter, Heather, enjoyed the studio so much that when she graduated, She started working there as a Teacher and works in both studios for several years now. My two grandsons are now students there as well.

We love Ms Heather! My daughter has been dancing here for 5 years and has been a part of the street team for 3 years. Ms Heather happens to be her teacher for all of her classes this year and I must say my daughter is still excited to go to class and looks forward to learning new skills. Ms Heather is a GEM she is kind, patient, inspiring, and most importantly makes dance fun! Thank you Heather for being an inspiration and making dance fun, challenging, and empowering.

My little Miranda is absolutely in love with the classes, specially with the Hip - Hop ones, Ms Heather makes every class special for them with a lot of fun! Thank you Ms H for all you do for our princess!

Dawson Dance Academy offers excellent instruction in dance and acrobatics as well as teaching your child to be a better human. Your child will build skills, make friends, and create memories for life! All the instructors are great!

I have been a proud Dawson Dance parent for almost 10 years and counting! Both of my daughters have been going since pre-school and are now on the Hip Hop Street Team. Mrs. Heather, Mr. D, and Miss Gabby are amazing dance instructors and have taught both of my girls throughout the years. Mrs. Jennifer, the owner, is also wonderful and creates a fun atmosphere for all of the dancers. I highly recommend Dawson Dance!

Love, love, love Mr. D’s hip hop! My daughter has been taking hip hop with Mr. D for about 6 years. She is always excited to learn his dances, and he is so good at instilling confidence in these kids. You can tell he truly cares about each of his students and only wants the best for them. And they have a blast in his class!?

We cannot say enough amazing things about DDA. My daughters have been taking dance classes for a few years at a variety of levels with nearly every staff member and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences with everyone. My oldest is a member of the competition team and has grown in so many incredible ways in her own dancing ability to her self-confidence outside of the studio.

There are not enough wonderful adjectives to describe our experience at DDA with our teacher Mr. D. The energy, warmth, compassion and FUN has been, and continues to be, a treasure in our girls’ childhoods and a blessing to us as parents.

We have been with Dawson Dance for 6 years & my daughter has had the most wonderful experience with Mr. D in his hip hop classes. Mr. D is an awesome dance instructor, he’s super encouraging to the kids, and makes it so much fun! He really is so thoughtful of his students & we’re so thankful for him! He’s the BEST! And always love his choreography.

My daughter has attended classes and recitals at this studio. Everything is always well organized. The recitals always run so well and on time. The teachers always give a lot of feedback too when asked. My daughter especially loves hip hop with Mr. D. He makes class fun and is always there to answer any of our questions. I can tell he really cares about his student. I also got the chance to do the adult hip hop class with Mr. D. I wish they had it more often because it was so much fun!

We absolutely love Dawson dance, but really we love our daughters teacher Mr. D. Mr. D is amazing with our daughter and truly understands each child and how they learn and is willing to take them step by step and slow it down for them if needed. Mr D also makes learning the dances fun for them and comes up with creative ways for them to remember the moves. We are so glad we started here last year!

Our daughter was shy and afraid to start dance the first few classes but Mr. D for hiphop made her feel so comfortable and accepted! He is the absolute best and now dance is all we hear about!

All 3 of my daughters have absolutely loved dancing at DDA! The staff is amazing, so sweet, and great for any level of dancer! Competition team has completely changed my oldest daughter in so many great ways! We look forward to many more years with DDA!

Our daughter has been dancing at Dawson's for over 3 years now. She started when she was 5 and has blossomed so much since then through both their school year classes and summer camps. The teachers and staff are all wonderful! She has had Miss Gabby for two years now and she loves how she challenges them and has really made her a stronger dancer. She has had Miss Heather for three years and absolutely adores her, especially for Jazz and Musical Theatre. Heather really knows how to tap into her personality and brings out the best in her. She has Miss Olivia for Acro this year and she is a sweatheart and really makes it fun for them. We highly recommend Dawson and love being a part of the dance family there.
