DayDreams Day Spa, Med Spa & Massage Lakeland, FL

This is the go to place for massage and facials! I haven't tried any medical procedures (yet) but my husband and I really love our monthly massages! The membership is well worth it and you can even apply it towards any services or even in items in the store. HIGHLY recommend!

Great services, I have only had facials here but I have seen great improvement on my skin. I always see Katelynne, she is very reliable and has help me choosing the right treatment for my skin care at home too.

I’ve been coming to this spa since I moved here almost 7 years ago & it doesn’t matter which masseuse or masseur or who does my toes or nails, they are AWESOME! Treated my bestie here for her 40th and we felt like royalty. The absolute BEST team in Lakeland! Very professional and great Customer Service.

Created our own spa package. Massage, facial. Mani pedis and champagne gratuitywas included.no complaints except we had to leave

First time ever getting a professional massage and I wish I could give 100 stars! I am 26 weeks pregnant with my 2nd child and decided to try out a mommy to be massage and I’m going back in 7 weeks for another! Michael took care of me and he was amazing. Great environment and I left feeling as light as a feather.

Erin at Daydreams Day Spa is the best for deep tissue massage! Only complaint is that they are inconsistent with offering a beverage at arrival or offering to change into a robe for the ultimate spa experience.

Man.being active and having a physical job. You need to take care of your body. Victoria is awesome, and mimosas are a plus. Will be a regular now.

It was so relaxing and the staff was so nice. We came in for a party. I personally had jasmine and Natalie and they were so kind.

So from the moment you enter it’s really nice I scheduled an appointment for my mom and I for classic facials (50 minutes). We get placed in the quiet room and my mom gets called back within minutes mind you our appointment was at 4 I get called back at 4: 06 the rep left the room came back at 4: 13pm we get into my facial and the first thing I was ask how much I was willing to spend on facial care. I’m sorry but I was a bit annoyed by that comment I came to relax and have my face treated after having my baby boy a year ago. After that comment it became more of a selling products and prices thrown left and right instead of explaining what was going on my face. My facial was completed at 4: 40 pm. For my first experience I was not impressed. My mom and I compared our experiences and they had given her a massage and the whole facial experience nothing was brought up about face products and prices or what she could afford. Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll be going back.

I love Day Dreams! The people are great, and they offer so many services. It is by far the most comfortable, peaceful atmosphere. My appointment is the highlight of my month! So relaxing, and Erin is the best!

The staff are amazing everyone there is so nice and polite Erin is the best about giving facials and waxing eyebrows she listens to exactly everything I want done, as well as Tonja she helped book my appointment and was able to schedule me in at a reasonable time and day.

DayDreams has the best atmosphere for a relaxing massage. I decided to treat myself to a Serenity Stone massage. I arrived early and was greeted with a complimentary drink and quiet area. My masseuse was Perla and she was fantastic! I will definitely be booking with her again next time. She made sure I was comfortable and had a soothing experience.

At DayDreams I had an excellent massage experience with Genise Childs! She was perfect, she had me so relaxed that I fell asleep! I would strongly recommend this Spa, it was so incredible and ask for Genise:)

Algenise is a delight. The best massage therapist there. I try to have an appointment booked every month! Worth every dime. I feel so light and relaxed after each appointment

10/10 I would recommend Algenise. She was friendly and welcoming and has many years under her belt in this field of work. I had a relaxation massage and she paid attention to my problem areas as well adjusted pressure when needed throughout the massage. I had a strain in my neck and it was relieved after 1 session. I am confident that she can assist with whatever your needs are.

Due to website errors, I thought I was scheduling a massage in Lakeland but got there and somehow had accidentally been scheduled in Brandon instead so I was out of luck. They were initially helpful and said they could get me in for a shorter, 35 minute massage if i waited 15 minutes andcthey offered a discount for my next massage. So I waited 45 minutes and no one came so I went back out to the front desk and was told the appointment they scheduled for me was no longer available, They made no efforts to reschedule me nor did offer any kind of future discount for screwing up. Previously had fairly good massages here but I will not return due to the lack of courtesy and poor management.

Very disappointed. Got my daughter a gift cert in Jan for her 40th birthday today. Paid for an additional massage for her husband or myself almost $500 including tip Appt was at 9 am received a call at 8: 30 am after I was already on my way (missed the call) so to my surprise when we get there excited find out mine was canceled And I could not get a refund. Nor could I even get a pedicure Not too happy at this point. Hopefully my daughter enjoyed her alone time as that was not how it was supposed to be.

This is a very clean and professional spa. Staff makes sure you’re welcomed and comfortable. It has a very calm and soothing environment to ensure full relaxation. I had a massage at 34 weeks pregnant and they were very accommodating, my husband was able to have a massage with me as well. Massage therapist Hope and Algenise were incredible.

I was gifted a Spa Day from my daughter. I do not get pedicures, ever, because of a very bad experience, but was assured by my daughter that Danielle was amazing and I would love it. She was 100% RIGHT. Danielle was very kind and very professional. When I left the pedicure appointment, I felt as if I had brand new feet! Her gentleness and ability to make me feel comfortable was above and beyond what I was expecting. She took the pedicure trauma off of me that day and I definitely will be back.
The other part of my gift was a facial. I have never gotten a facial and I will say, Christine had me so relaxed to where I almost fell asleep. She took her time and explained each step and made sure I was comfortable all throughout the process. My face had never felt and looked so healthy in all of my adult years. After getting the Royal treatment by Danielle and Christine, I will be back for both.
