Not worth your money ac didn't work mold in the shower rust holes in fridge beds are like sleeping on the ground

WARNING WARNING WARNING Omg run. We checked into room 119. Broken smoke detectors wires hanging from the wall dirty towels in the bathroom. Burnt comforter. Dirty. Ohh yeah and ROACH CITY. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund after about a hour because my wife was about to walk to another hotel if we didn't leave. The guy said no refunds, he asked if he could put us in another room. I was reluctant but agreed. He gave us room 121. Room was much cleaner or appeared to be. My wife woke me up at 2 am because roaches were crawling in the bed and her hair. I ended up killing 3 roaches between the beds another in the bed. I just left the key at the front window because nobody was answering the door to the lobby at 0230 am. We had to drive another 45 minutes up 75 before we found a hotel that let us check in at 0315. Never in my life have I ever stayed in a hotel that was so dirty. I wrote a very long email to the lake city department of health with photos of the dead roaches and a very long letter to the florida department of tourism. I also talked to the city health inspector who assured me they would follow up and investigate the hotel for health violations. This room cost me $170.00 for thr night and I have still not had any return phone calls from the manager. Have called 3xs now and evey time am told the manager will call back. Never have they called back. What a joke. Run do not stay here. I added the same photos I sent to the health inspector and department of tourism. You can clearly see dead and alive cockroaches in and around the bed and headboard to the bead. Do not stay here they will take your money and refuse to give you a refund and they know they have roaches. This is unacceptable. As a American veteran this place and its owners are a disgrace to our country and the great state of Florida. BEWARE DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH.

Sheets were visibly soiled with food, pubic hair and body fluid. Ketchup smeared in the fridge. More pubic hair on the counter. Urine on the toilet and dried urine around the base of the toilet. Sink was so soiled it had black grime build up on the faucet. Tub was visibly dirty. Tables were visibly dirty. Floor had dirt, pennies, very old chicken nugget and some type of vape pin that smelled very strong like marijuana. The housekeeping said the room was “clean and ready” Interestingly enough it smelled of cleaning supplies. Not sure how when the room was so incredibly filthy it clearly hadn’t been cleaned at all. I had two rooms and both in the same condition. I paid $242 for two rooms and I cleaned the room myself and paid an additional $100 in cleaning supplies. I did speak to the front desk about the sheets and they were the only thing pleasant about my stay and the sheets from one room washed and returned to my room. I did buy sheets for other room already and used the ones the nice front desk lady washed in the other. Overall I would never stay there again totally disgusting. Look at the pictures.

I wish I give 0 stars. This was doom from beginning we came. They issue us a room that someone already stay n than transfer for us to room that semi okay. Than protrayed free breakfast but my boyfriend said the apples expire and the juice was expire. This was insult Run

Well it was a nice room until I walked around on the floors with no shoes on and I looked at my feet and they were pure black. Had two microwaves and only one worked. Fridge was a mystery. Light bulbs out all over room. Wasn't very happy over all. For almost $100.00 for a night

Our room had bedbugs. Do not reccomend. The customer service was great and we got a refund.

Rooms in very sorry condition. Heater didn't even work. No soap or shampoo in room. Close to where we broke down or we wouldn't have stayed at all. The staff there however were very nice.

I had to spend a few nights here, due to circumstances but while I was there the housekeeping and front desk personnel were amazing

Room was filthy. There were ants. Pool was disgusting and not heated. The sheets on the bed didn't look like they had been changed and there was weed all over the night stand. Not to mention, the lights in the room didn't work. This was not worth spending $100+ a night. The photos online are deceiving.

Now I can tell you for sure that given the opportunity to stay at the Days Inn it has been a blessing given the factors of all the establishment, room service, Sanitation, and the camaraderie of all the staff at speed business creates a elegant, and delightful stay. Thanks again Days Inn, it's been a delightful weekend.

It was a good stay. Only downfall is not much around it food-wise for being right off of I-10.

I do not recommend this place to anyone. I paid almost $100 after tax for 6 hours sleep. There was not any tissue in the room. Also, there was not any blanket in the room. For covering my body, I had just a very thin bed sheet. Although I turned on the heater, but I could not sleep at all since I was freezing the whole night

Great place for a guy or whoever to park and do their 34 hour reset.everyone was great and helpful

Check in was great. Stephanie was fast friendly and answered all my questions. She apologized for any noise. Due to all the rooms being.remodeling. She placed me in a room more quite. Staff was great except didnt so much like the staff not in uniform. When they came to my room in morning I didnt know was staff. Due to street clothes. And the one with bare feet. Not professional other then that grab and go breaksfast due to covid. Would stay again.
