Days Inn by Wyndham Titusville Kennedy Space Center reviews
21Rooms were clean and did not smell. Pool was nice and the breakfast was basic. If you wanted more for breakfast the IHOP is attached.
Terrible all the way around. Drug addicts everywhere openly smoking in the hallways. If you call the security tells them which room called on them. Room key only worked 1 continuous day in a row. After working 12 hours the last thing u want to do is wait in line 20 min to get your key fixed. Also had people beating on my door all hours of the night. Had to arm myself and let be know to get it to stop.
The rooms were very clean. The people were very nice. Durango's across the street has the best steaks and ribs. They also have drinks to go. There is truck parking on the dead end street, or you can park in the permit lot (call number on sign. His name is Spencer). We parked in the permit lot for 4 days. We really enjoyed our time off here. Thanks to all of the staff here at Days Inn.
The hotel's proximity to the Space Center doesn't save it either. There are much better ones out there for the same or slightly higher price. The room was by far the worst on our trip so far. My family didn't want to stay.
The service was good. The booking and check in process was simple and quick. But there was dirty towels hanging on the back of the bathroom door and it look like someone vomited down the side of the bed. I didn’t notice until I was checking out. I don’t think I would book again…
So far, I am 1 day in of a two day trip, first time staying at this hotel and I wish I could switch to somewhere else.
The rooms are decent but have issues. We got in late and our kids sleeping so we tucked them to bed and got organized. Meanwhile we figure out the toilet doesn’t work properly. We had such a long day we had no energy to switch rooms. Wish I had thought. The people next door were up ALL night talking loud, and you could hear them throwing up.
In the morning I talked to the front desk. They had no problems switching our room which was appreciated. We moved half our stuff and the room smelled of weed and the bathroom light didn’t work.
Hopefully our last night is uneventful and luckily it’s only for one more day. Sorry but I will not be returning to this property.
Great location, right off the highway. A lot of things to do in the area. An IHOP is attached to the hotel, which we utilized. The staff accommodated our needs with 3 kids. Spacious rooms with a lot of amenities. Light breakfast bar is good with waffles, cereal, bakery items, juice, coffee, fruit
Rooms are dirty … location is very good to visit NASA. Pool is good, considering a 2 star hotel. But rooms are not in a good shape, old, with mold and dirty.
The only good thing was the proximity to Kennedy Space Center. Otherwise.you better choose something else. Loud, poorly soundproofed, no room service, not enough towels, bad breakfast, dirty bed linen, the pool was closed.
Not phew. Decent rooms, not super friendly staff. The pool area was filthy. And the place seemed full of weirdos that day. Breakfast ok. For a road trip it's okay.
The interest of the hotel and that it is located a few km from Cape Canaveral so if you plan to go to the Kennedy Space Center or see a rocket take off, it will be very good for the price.
Don't miss the easily observable bioluminescence phenomenon at Mosquito Lagoon (and as the name suggests, don't forget the mosquito repellent cream).
To eat, I recommend the diner right next to Ihop, a typical American family restaurant, which offers vegetables!
I recently booked a room at this location and I was very pleased. The room and establishment as a whole was very clean and appealing. I was especially pleased with the two front desk attendants, Danielle and Alicia were exceptional. They were professional and extremely helpful during a very trying time. A big "Thank You" to those two. I hope management knows that they are an asset to the organization.
The staff is amazing and always willing to help. Rooms we’re very clean. Thank you Days Inn
We spent two nights here before a cruise, as part of a GoPort package. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool.
Check in went very smoothly, with the clerk giving us all the necessary information. We reminded her we would need a rollaway bed, and it was delivered promptly, along with extra towels.
There is no hot breakfast, other than waffles, so it's heavy on carbs, but IHOP is on-site if you want something more. We made do with the freebies.
Rooms are clean, but in need of a reno. Staff excellent. Very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast considering it is free. Coffee.well, even tho it's free, go pay for a cup at the IHOP. You'll thank me.
Great, under $100 room, temp 62 was freezing. Coffee.breakfast.polite and no problems. Best bed in town
We stayed for a week due to NASA Space Camp in June 2023.
The bad: Breakfast is the same every day. No variety. Waffles, bagles, cream cheese, boring coffee, OJ.
Maybe for a day or 2 is OK, but for a whole week, it is definitely boring.
Service was good. We always had the maid checking on us.
The pool was closed for almost all week.
The location is perfect if you need to go multiple times to the visitor complex.
Quality according to price. But we chose lower prices because we didn't go on vacation to stay IN the hotel.
We will definitely use the hotel again, but we will plan on a better breakfast.
Very clean rooms updated with wood floors very clean smelling very very good
Experience
All of the staff had excellent customer service! They went above and beyond, and everyone was amazing, including the manager. It was refreshing to be around people that were so nice and helpful! I enjoyed my stay and I thank you guys for everything! The breakfast was my favorite as well as the coffee that’s offered all day!
Rooms are adequate and clean. Service is good at check-in /out, and breakfast is orderly and stocked. Location is perfect for those traveling south on I95 heading to Port Canaveral cruise terminal as we do several times per year.
Roaches ALL OVER ROOM! Daughters husband passed away she was driving to Florida to stay with me (her mother) she needed a nap. She awoke to roaches all over. Got to my home 3 hrs later. Opened bags and yup… roaches! She had NO FOOD! Now in my home, in car! Called the hotel! They said they would have pest control check on June 15th! A week from coming Thursday room #144! She stayed June 3rd! Absolutely appalling! Was rated 4.5 star. I expected no bugs! It’s Florida! We are already devastated by our loss. Now have to pay for car cleanup & house, clothes. A expenses we really can’t afford along with funeral etc. I live in Florida bugs survive! Hotel should maintain pest control! This wasn’t one stray either! I have to wait a week from customer service for any resolution! And 12 days until pest control will “confirm” roaches. Management should spend the night, Tonight! Or whoever responds to apologize! Confirm roaches personally!
NEVER AGAIN!
I saw a post about people with pets put in lesser quality room. My daughter had a registered service dog with her! She is disabled and was put in a older roach infested room as well I don’t mind spending the money for my daughter to rest but NOT this way!
