EDIT. So my experience below is what I felt warranted 5 stars. However, after getting under the van for the first time to change the oil, I noticed the spare tire is missing! I intentionally spent a bit more on a certified pre-owned car and would expect that verifying a spare is present to be part of any CPO inspection. I did reach out to the salesman who then told me to reach out to someone in Service. I did and left a few messages with no return call. Then life happened with several family emergencies in a row and I gave up.

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned van from Dayton Andrews in March 2018; dealing with Mike T-Man. The van was as advertised and I only had 2 very minor items that I asked Mike to address; which he completely did. I called Mike on Wednesday inquiring if the van was available and made arrangements to come see it Thursday morning. When I arrived the van was already pulled up and clean! (not all dealerships do this for some reason). Quick test drive and I was ready to leave my deposit; with plans to come back and pick it up Saturday. Total time on Wed was less than an hour and about the same on Saturday. No one I know enjoys the car buying experience; especially if you're looking used. But Mike and the team at Andrews made the process as smooth as possible with an honest description of the vehicle and an upfront fair price. I would definitely look to Andrews in the future.

They left the spare in the trunk instead of putting it in the compartment and left all four wheel locks rolling around in the trunk. The window was rolled down after it was washed so it's a mess. Other than those minor things, I'm happy with the repair

Mark Rivera was a pleasure to do business with. When we pulled in his bright smile was the first thing I saw! He was supportive and helpful. I didn’t feel pressured or manipulated (a young girl buying a big truck). He was trustworthy, kind and brought the perfect amount of energy to get the job done!

We went to look at a used Toyota Tacoma. Mike T-Man was very helpful with everything he knew about the truck and straight forward. He pointed out everything he knew and his experience with owning one as well. I felt very comfortable with no pressure in the buying process. This is one of the few dealerships iv ever been to where I can honestly say, iv had a great experience, from the greetings of all the salesman, to the holding of doors, to the seats being pulled out for you. I would definitely shop here again and ask for Mike! Thank you Mike!

Salesperson Mark was great but their sales management are a joke. Offered $5k below on my trade than everyone else but supposedly a good deal on their vehicle. Please stop trying to scam people this day and age with the thing called the web (can find that your deal is not a good deal in a min)

My husband tried to take our Jeep Wrangler to this dealer for TPMS service. Was initially ignored by service team on their cell phones or getting sodas from vending machine, then made to feel like checking a faulty TPMS sensor was as difficult as curing cancer. He turned around and left, and received all the attention from the sales team asking if we wanted to trade. No thanks, take your business elsewhere.

Update after reading additional reviews on this dealership, it seems that the service department could use some customer service training. It's not that difficult to be kind and attentive. Though I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership, it is the closest to me. I will forgo the convenience and drive to a dealership that can service my vehicle with professionalism.

I must say the experience I had was fantastic. I sent a message through the online site and was quickly contacted by Tessa who was extremely helpful. I stopped in to see the inside of the car on a Sunday and Tonya was able to send me over some numbers to me quickly. Between having to be at work and some other additional prior arrangements, they were super attentive to helping me get the car deal done through phone and text messages. I honestly showed up to do the paperwork and pick the car up thinking that I would be there for an hour or two. The car was full of gas, detailed, and up front waiting for me. Tessa greeted me right away and introduced me to the finance manager. I was only in the dealership for around 30 minutes before I was able to drive away. I appreciate everyone’s help and putting up with me! By the way.my kids are obsessed with the bird and I am sure I’ll have to come back to see it. I would recommend them highly! Thanks for everything.

This is my hometown choice to work on my Dodge diesel. They have courtesy shuttle which is pertinent to me doing business with any dealer. Great job as always by my service writer James and the shuttle staff driver Steve.

Mark Rivera is very transparent and professional. Nice guy who will throughly go over the pros and cons of each vehicle of interest. He is honest and sincere and willing to take time and not pressure us. We came to the lot 2 weeks ago and went to several others. We chose to come back and work with Mark because he made a good impression. Highly recommend!
