Daytona Ice Arena, South Daytona FL

It was nice I went there for my friend's birthday party twice and now mine.it is cheaper than I thought it would be, which is great.

Great price. Good ice. Good skates to rent. Child assist guard for young ones. Plenty of seating. Little concessions. Really good place for public skate

I swear I've already reviewed the DMV in this shared parking lot with the Ice Arena.but I had such a WONDERFUL experience that I couldn't let the opportunity go by in regards to the appointment that kept me in the DMV for 15 mins AT THE MOST! I had already given up on the second 1/2 of my day assuming that the DMV, though poasessing the raw tools to make the tax payer's life better, lacked the wherewithal to apply said tool in such a way that the net positive impact on a customers time would at least on some level be perceived by that same customer. Well THIS customer not only perceived the proper and efficient use of the DMV's tools that are at hand but moreover felt the shear EXHILARATION over the vast remainder of the day, I had not planned a singular event, appointment, or meeting for this gift of found time! Pretty sure I squandered that gift like a 3rd grader in the middle of summer vacation! WELL DONE DMV

Pretty cool little spot to hang out nice to have the kids a place to ice skate and learn how to ice skate and play hockey so all around good fun

The arena is a very friendly environment the only downside is the arena smells like men sweat.

Owners are doing a good job updating the place. Good for a family outing, especially on a hot day.

Took kids there on a field trip, and they had a great time, the only complaint was that when they were not skating they had no other options and were bored, oh and they were cold, but they are not use to anything but the hot Florida sun. LOL

It's a nice rink with reasonable prices, I wish the safety monitor had been more proactive in keeping the speed demons under control though. I saw quite a few collisions of skaters that could have been avoided if some of those kids had been kept in check.

We recently held a birthday party here and Ms. Dana was our host. 10+ kids and a bunch of adults and everyone of us felt welcomed. She was kind, patient, diligent and even helped my kids tie their skates since we were all so busy. Thanks again for the effort put into the party, we will be back again!

Excellent family night out. Very well managed facility. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Very well priced for 2 hours on the ice. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

This place is huge! It has a very good size ice rink. The prices are very good, and includes skate rental. They have many public skate times available and also have hockey leagues. They have many learn to skate options as well depending on your experience levels. Definitely bring a jacket and gloves, and wear pants. The arena is obviously cold. Ice is smooth and well taken care of. They have party events available to accommodate for many styles of events like birthdays or get togethers. I will definitely visit again as it was a good time. Will be much better when it's warmer outside!

I have to give a good review because we haven't been inside yet and I'm only publishing this review because I couldn't find any information on their website nor do they answer the phone when you call them. They do not have a pro shop. They offer skate sharpening, laces, and tape. We didn't have any reason to go inside nor do I think they had any open skate sessions at the time but it is kind of hard to find your first time cuz it's way back at the South side of Sunshine plaza. The staff was great and we will be back to go ice skating or play some hockey.

Getting in was easy. Plenty of seating for folks watching. Cafe was as expected. One frustration was that the slate aid scooters were in a pile not being used, but not available as folks reserve the right to use them. I'd like a timer for them. If left for 30 min, they are available for someone else's use. Ice monitors were very helpful and kept things safe. I also wish lockers could be accessed repeatedly per pay.

Awesome experience, held my children's birthday party here. Dana was our party host and was amazing. I was able to have 20 guest and super affordable.

Nice for Ice skating. The concession stand was minimal. I really wish they would have cut the ice after a while because the skating was rough after an hour.
