Today I went to this place, something as simple as buying a chain for the chainsaw that we have done on other occasions, today we were treated in a very bad way, I guess he is not interested in serving his customers well and he is the same person who always serves him.

I brought in a Husqvarna weed eater that wouldn’t run even though I personally replaced the carburetor, gas filter and plug with an after market kit. It turned out the kit contained a spark plug that didn’t work with the weed eater. The shop only charged me around thirty dollars to diagnose and replace with a correct plug. Talk about honesty, this place rocks! Impressed.

I highly recommend this place for Husqvarna parts and service! Since we purchased our z560 0turn 2 years ago, just 1 issues fixed under warranty and no more to date. Doing a maintenance on it required specific parts that online said they werent available butin store i asked and they had it. Great recommendations from staff, and great knowledge shared too. Im now happily a lifetime customer

These guys were great and helpful in getting our zero turn mower serviced. They were able to come and pick it up and drop it back off. Only reason I knocked off one star is the lapse in communication. I had to call back numerous times to get a status update and no one called me to let me know when the mower was done and could be delivered. Otherwise super friendly guys with reasonable prices. Will use them in the future.

Big box stores can't compete.
I needed a new head for my 12+ year old trimmer. They were out of stock on the new head, but repaired mine to keep me going until the new head arrives. Great customer service and many thanks!

They sharpened our lawn mower blade and hedge clippers. They turned out great. They were nice people.

How can anyone leave anything less than 5 stars for these guys? The entire Team is nothing but a huge customer service mantra! I have never been treated so well by a MFR and Dealer. Had an issue, Bruce and Team made sure it was addressed - far beyond my expectations. I am not one to give accolades out - but these guys are very deserving of your hard earned money.

I have lived in the area since the mid '80s - done business with a few mower shops, but these guys have solidified my trust and earned any business I can throw their way as I know I can trust them!

I was interested in a new mower. I talked with Andrew on what I was looking for. I decided on the 48inch zero turn Husquavarna. After a short time using the mower I started having issues with it. I talked with Andrew all that was going on with the mower. It turned out that the mower had way to many issues. Andrew went out of his way to make everything right. He called and gave all the reports to the Husquavarna main office. I wanted to thank you Andrew for all that you did for me to receive this brand new zero turn upgrade mower.
