The doctor is unprofessional, the entire staff is really! They don’t return phone calls, and I was not pleased with the little service I did receive.

Very bad experience I urge if your not getting a tooth pull. DO NOT GO HERE. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Cepeda. It was by far the best dental exam I’ve had in a long time! I felt super comfortable about getting my work done there. I’m getting partials and now I’m super excited.

DDS have the Best staff in town very friendly if your appointment at 1: 00 and you don't get seen till 30 minutes later just be patience the work will be done its worth the wait I have friends and family on the way there

Dr. Cepeda and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate my mother Joyce Dailey, they were extremely patient and kind. I brought her there to get new dentures and Vaishali was so patient when she was making the mold for my mother's dentures and Dr. Cepeda and Vaishali showed great concern and compassion for my mother's needs. And the end results were magnificent thanks to Bruce the technician that actually made the dentures, they were absolutely perfect and made my mother look and feel like herself again, Bruce you definitely have a gift. Dr. Cepeda has a great practice and staff even down to the receptionist Kristian who greets everyone professionally.

Very bad experience. The doctor was rude and has no bedside manner. The wait time was herendous. I recommend anywhere but here.

Outstanding 3 set of teeth in 4 years the best dental work for dentures I've received ever they're beautiful they fit great what I asked for is exactly what they produced any where you go you may have to wait the Dr. Spends more time with you than anyone who has seen me in past. Then to assure you that you are getting more than his and staffs time and his name, on site lab. THANK YOU DDS. Dental and staff!

Omg the absolute worst dentist I have ever been to in my 41 years! He is rude and does not explain anything just does his thing as he wants.does not listen to the patient or the concerns of the patient. Heartless. Heed my warning GO ELSEWHERE! I sat in that office for over 5 hours to get no help whatsoever i went in with a cracked front tooth and very irritated painful bottom tooth he did not touch either one and then didnt even offer me a script for motrin! FIVE HOURS FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL

My appointment was at 11am, I was not seen until 1pm and I sat in the back until 2pm for the orthodontist to tell me he will not be able to do my work due to him referring me to another surgeon a month ago. Customer service is horrible, I didn’t receive any phone calls about the referral nor did I get a return call when I called them 4days before my appointment. I wasted 3HOURS in dentist office, pregnant in pure pain to not get any work did.

Members of the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. Great service and quality of work.overall very pleased and will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Excellent service! Great staff! I can't say enough good things about these guys. I'm usually a very nervous patient; but they made me feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Cepeda is an amazing dentist; very experienced, generous, and caring; putting more emphasis on me as a person than about the money I could bring. Calmly he explained everything about the treatment at every step of the way. I highly highly recommend him and his staff to everyone.
