During Rob's visit to oil and clean my grandfather clock he continually talked negatively about his competitors. Two days later I called him because my clock wasn't chiming on the quarter hour/hour and asked if he could come back to correct. He was very irate and rude and stated he wasn't driving back to Callahan. He definitely has some anger and self-esteem issues! Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde came to my mind and I cannot recommend him.

Had our clock there a couple times before without any problems. This time our cuckoo clock was having an issue when it told time. Rob was very rude and said it was supposed to sound like that. We disagreed and that when the problems started. Took our clock and left.

Just like the other customer.he lost my business before he had it. He is a very rude nasty man.

We had a relatively small job.a mantle clock that needed a new mechanism. My wife and I found Rob to be very knowledgeable of his craft. He was professional, and the work was performed when promised and at a fair price. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Rob is one of the best clock repair men out there. He takes his time knowing the delicate nature of each clock. He has repaired many clock for me over the years. I’m surprised to hear anything negative. Honestly I’ve had others and they don’t take the same time. Rob is by far one of the best.

Grumpy, slow, incompetent. We waited months to get our 2 cuckoo clocks repaired, and when we finally got them back, one didn't chime or play music and the other sounds very off and the hands were not put back on properly. He was very rude when we brought the one clock back. He begrudgingly got it working (sort of), blaming us for poor maintenance. (He really was angry with himself for giving us back a broken clock, but took it out on us instead.)

Rob is great, he has cared for everything in my clock collection for years. He can fix whatever you throw at him.

I brought my cuckoo clock to him in March and he still hasn't fixed it or attempted to. 8 months with no communication whatsoever. Called him to come and get it and he closed early even though he knew I was coming an hour away.

Called to get an estimate on a house visit for grandfather clock service and received a terrible attitude over the phone right off the start. Very lacking in customer service and lost my business before he even had it.
