1Buyer BEWARE. If you are under 55, have dogs and are looking for an honest community to live in, look elsewhere. The majority of the people that live in this community are gossipers and have nothing better to do with their time than make up petty rules that they themselves do not even follow. A lot of do as I say, not what I do going on. Every board meeting is a constant battle to obtain answers to questions OWNERS have in regards to what and where the $$ is going, from all of the assessments being paid. Nobody ever had any answers, yet continued to do special assessments. One of which was a $2 million short fall from Hurricane Irma because someone decided to UNDER insure the property. As a former owner, I feel it is only fair to share that this community was by FAR, the WORST experience we have had to deal with. Do your homework before purchasing. The worst is yet to come.
