2The proctor was very rude and unprofessional. I called and asked if it was ok to bring my student ID because I didn’t have my other one and she said “NO! They won’t take that”. She said I could bring a copy of my ID and social security card but when I got there with it she laughed and said “no they won’t take it. You could’ve just brought your student ID if it had a photo on it. But once again when I asked her on the phone she said I couldn’t. She made it very hard for me and I wouldn’t recommend testing at this place
I called the customer service this morning and the lady who answered had an attitude and was very rude. I was asking her nicely regarding confirmation about my NHA CET exam and her respond was straight bland “no, i don't know what you’re talking about! ” Straight up no manners talking to a customer.
