DEBONAIR NAILS & SPA, Orlando FL

I've been going to Debonair for about a year, and have been satisfied with every experience, manis and pedis alike. They just remodeled the salon & the new mani & pedi chairs are so comfortable. I appreciate the HUGE color selection (gel & polish), and they're always adding to the collection. The Debonair team has always been polite, pleasant, and accommodating, and they always do a skillful job. My mother even switched from her old salon over to this one & loves it!

The best and most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever had. The service was fantastic and the prices were great. All off the staff were professional and friendly.

Mani/ Pedi for $73. Left a $7 tip. Not too shabby. Until a half hour later when I washed my hands and the polish came off, and then later in the afternoon when it started coming off my right foot. Went back and they said they do not "guarantee work" because the paraffin must not have all been removed.but if I wanted to wait I could have them redone. At 7: 45 PM. The woman was not nice. Plenty of other salons in this area!

This place is a joke. I walked in at 6 and after they asked me what I wanted to do, I got YELLED at by 3 different people to “come back tomorrow”. They close at 7: 30, I get it. Typically I’m a reasonable person but no one cared to tell me that they close soon or that they’re busy. Instead, everyone yelled come back tomorrow IN UNISON instead of kindly telling me that they have no more room for walk ins. No one apologized until I pointed out that on the door it says, “Walk Ins Welcome”. You should go to the nail place across the street because the customer service level is way more professional and the work they do is incredible.

Unfortunately they were not friendly. I called ahead a time to see if I can come in for a full set at 5pm they would not take me in they close at 6 I went there before at 4 and was turned away again. The woman at the counter was disrespectful and rude after I told her I called ahead of time I went here because they have such good reviews I will not be going here again and I will tell my friends to go elsewhere.

I walked in, the lady that greeted me was nice. But the lady that was doing my nails was rude and didn’t take her time to understand what I wanted. She started talking but mumbling couldn’t understand what she was saying. They do not give your full manicure and pedicure how it’s suppose to be done. Just seem like lazy work to me from that individual.

I have been going here for 5 years and I am always satisfied when I leave! I love how they want your nails and skin to look the best! I have never had to worry about getting my nails getting picked at or having any issues here! Na is the best! Love Vicky

Went in at 9: 35am on 2/13/2018. I was greeted and asked what service I would like. I told the technician a manicure and took a seat. There were two people getting their nails done and no one waiting. After a couple mins the technician asked if I wanted acrylic. I said no, just gel polish. Then she said that the technician who does manicures is not there and to come back at 11am. That's inconvenient. I didn't know manicures were a specialty. Aren't they basic? Idk. Maybe she was too good to do just a manicure with gel polish. This was my 5th visit to this salon for a gel manicure. I won't waste my time coming here again not knowing if a "specialist" will be available to do a manicure.with gel polish.

The best nail salon!
I have been doing my nails for a while at Debonair Salon, all of them are very professional and funny. Truly shows teamwork and they keep a great relationship between all of them.
My nails are always looking great and healthy!

This place is super cute inside and very clean. The entire staff is friendly and their pedicure chairs are the best. I go to Caroline and she never fails me! She does an amazing job and has a great personality. Highly recommend her and this place to anyone looking for a new regular nail spot to go to!

Worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails look like they were painted by a 5 year old, the polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail. My nails were cut and filed unevenly. I got gel, and the were still tacky when I left. The top coat made weird little bubbles all over my nails that I’ve never seen before, and I’ve been getting gel manicures for 5+ years.

This place is so so great! Super hygienic, SUPER friendly, the environment is just so welcoming and peaceful! Definitely coming back again and again!

Over priced for no reason. Lady that was doing my nails was sick and had to keep stopping to drink water for her throat which I understand, but then she would stop doing my nails to go on her phone; really unprofessional. She had to redo the same nail THREE times. I will not be coming back here.

They say 30 minute wait, they they sit you in a chair about FORTY FIVE minutes later, and make you soak your feet for 30 MORE minutes for pedicure before anyone attends to you.

30 minute wait means 30 minutes until you are actually starting you pedicure.maybe 45 if they under estimate the time, but an hour and fifteen minutes is a bit much

Feeby is by far the BEST nail technician I have came across. Not only does she go above and beyond to perfect your nails; she takes her time and truly gives 100%! I am not one to pick favorites at a nail salon and have tried many in the past and I will not go with anyone else other than Feeby! You will not be disappointed.
