I was hesitant at first to work with a credit negotiation service as I wasn't sure I wanted to spend two years or more to pay off my bills since that meant I would have to work past my retirement age. But I needed to get rid of so many debts before I could retire so knew this was a solution I should try. Once DNS paid off my first and second bills, I could see that their help really did work and that I needed to be patient. Now two years later, they have paid off eight bills and I feel a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders thanks to DNS. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else needing help getting out of debt because it really does work.

If I could give a zero I would. I have tried repeatedly since January to bring other debts over to this company as an existing customer. I continued to get calls from a lawyers office even after I advised to my rep that I was receiving them, among an array of other issues with trying to manage my account via the online portal / over the phone / and email communication. To my surprise my account was closed without my consent and I was unable to get clear communication from several representatives in regards to my account. Unfortunately, I now have to figure out how to make payments on settlements without the service I paid for, due to a complete lack of professionalism and response to multiple attempts to manage these debts after I was incapacitated. I would recommend not having this company or it’s employees manage your money if you happen to work during their business hours—every time I have called I get recording stating that all the reps are busy, then told over the phone that because it’s a small company = never answering calls from their clients.

I was so worried if I had done the right thing. But as bills were negotiated and paid off, I knew that I did. Now I am on the path to be out of dept completely. And my credit score is much better.

I took advantage of the best credit card offers to help pay bills but it became apparent I could not borrow my way out of debt. DNS took over the payments but more, they took over the worry. Someone always had answers to my questions and they were right. I would highly recommend DNS to resolve debt.

Wish I could give a negative star. Worst service. ZERO communication. A $5k debt wasn’t eligible to be fought through them and instead of telling, they reassured me they had it handled. A year later, I got hit with a $10k garnishment for the $5k debt. Save yourself and get a personal loan or something!
