I've had Decca for a few years now and it's not been good. Our small area has had issues every second the weather changes. A bit hot, wind, rain, etc.the slightest thing will knock it out. It's only been our small area because no one has fixed the true issue. People have been showing up to put a bandaid but every time another tech comes they tell me no one is informing them of issues. Customer service keeps wanting to send someone to my house which clearly won't fix this.

Update! They finally did replace instead of using bandaids. So far it's been much better. Only time will tell after more than 2 years of ignoring issues.

Very disrespectful of my property. He drags a wagon full of his goods on my just cleaned floor, didn't ask if it was OK. To top it off he place his equipment on my brand new sofa I had just rec'd an hour b4 he got there, then got smart with me after I asked him to take it off my sofa. He pulled out a chair & sat down in it to do everything he had to do.
He couldn't get out of my house fast enough and I hope I don't hv to call them back for any service.

I have had them for 3+ years.simply put, there service is lousy and the price is outrages.i pay $90 for 100mg svc that is out weekly.my daughter has 800mg + a phone for $98.what a ripoff.but they get away with when your the only game in town.maybe that will change if another company comes in and overbuilds them.maybe t-mobil or verizons home internet will be here soon.anything is better than what we got now

Internet goes down every time a storm comes through or if it goes below 35 degrees. Can't wait until Verizon services my area!

Residents of Oak Run deserve better. Decca is outdated, redundant and over priced.
Must cost a pretty penny to keep all those Decca work trucks in order just sitting there.
They have not moved with the times like most cable/internet companies. I believe most people here feel taken advantage of and price gouged!

The worst service I have ever experienced with cable/internet.
They overcharge and abuse everyone on this network. Main reason I'm leaving this community.

No stars, this company's internet is horrible. I even upgraded to a higher speed, but I'm constantly getting kicked out of streaming. It buffers as if I had dial up. I wish I had another option for service.

Nasty customer service! I don’t even live there, but trying to help my mother who lives there. These people are a disgrace to any cable company out there. They are rude and like to threaten people but yet they won’t answer their phones to even talk to you I can’t wait for the new company to come in and say bye-bye to Decca.

If I could, I'd given it negative stars! I live in Oak Run and for the life of me I have never heard of a business that never has anyone answer the phones when you call. Know matter when or how many times you call No one ever answers the phone. Instead they feel it's ok to keep their customers waiting for 24 hours or more to response. I've never heard of any business doing this. They've sent me a late notice after I set up my auto pay just as they told me to do, and it didn't work and now it's my fault. The fact that you have to leave a message and wait for them is ridiculous. Went to leave a message and it says the mailbox is full. WTH.
