Big shout out to Dr. Rachel Spencer who did an exceptional job resurrecting (reprogramming and calibrating) my old 2012 ReSound Hearing aids (purchased elsewhere) which I need temporarily while my newer devices (also bought elsewhere) were being serviced. I called many other centers in the area, and all tried to talk me into getting my hearing retested (I brought in the results of a recent test) and purchasing new devices. The team at Decibels encouraged me to come in with no strings attached. Dr. Spencer was very attentive and caring and truly seemed motivated to help. I highly recommend Decibels and Dr. Spencer.

Dr Rachel is flipping fantastic. Made me feel very comfortable, very good job of explains everything. The rest of the staff are just as good, they make sure I have everything in order for insurance, etc. I was going to go the cheaper route and go to Costco but I’m glad I didn’t, I needed this white glove service as this is my first set of hearing aids.
