I got the best service from Miss Cherie @Decks and docks, number one for all material and deck or dock needs!

Quality people and quality products. I enjoy shopping here at decks and docks. Cherie, Roberto and Zach are all stand up people who go above and beyond to make the customer happy.

Substandard business to business experience. Practices no real consistent sales/return policies. Owner interjects/ yells from back office over management and other employees who are doing their best. He seemingly values saving a few dollars over a single product that retain a business client for the long haul. Find another company that values you as a business partner. Too bad, it seemed other employees were well intentioned.

I ordered and paid material from this store back in February; still waiting for it. No matter how and how many times I ask for an order confirmation, I haven't received it.
After a phone call with Cherrie, my order was promised to be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday and it is already Sunday. Here comes another week. Not a call, not an email or an explanation. Just excuses.
Do yourself a favor and look for a transparent business.

The deck material I needed for my small project was available and ready to be load in my truck in a matter of minutes. Alyssa and Kindley were professional and very helpful. Very good experience overall!
