Skip the chain spas and check out Deep Roots Massage in Clermont. The attention to detail and quality of this facility is outstanding. The cleanliness and one of a kind aesthetic of this spa was 10/10. I had the pleasure of having Betsy as my massage therapist and Dawn as my facialist. These women are no newbies to their line of work and you can tell. Skilled and professional with the perfect amount of rapport made me feel comfortable and confident even though I was vulnerably naked (under sheets of course). The products used throughout my facial were expertly chosen and the quality was profound. The massage therapist definitely understood the assignment when I explained that I like relaxing massages but would appreciate increasing the intensity where necessary. Deep Roots has a service for the entire family including my 1 year old son who has enjoyed their infared sauna since he was 2 days old. If you are looking for a spa that remembers your name and takes pride in pleasing their clients Deep Roots is where you'll find it. Thank you Deep Roots family for surpassing all my expectations.

I had my first session today with Ashley and it was exactly what I needed today. I was able to book day of and I’m leaving feeling so much better than when I arrived.

I confirmed my appointment and door locked and no one here. My appointment was for Saturday 1st at 130pm

Booked an appointment on Vagaro for a few days out and it was accepted. The day before my appointment, I received a text that they did not have anyone available to fulfill my service. I requested my appointment be canceled and my deposit refunded. I never received my refund and the appointment was never canceled. Called the salon and did not get an answer. Will not be booking or recommending this business to any friends in the area.

Jacquelynn is AMAZING! I have been in pain for over a year and in one session she was able to address my areas of pain and I feel like a new person! I look forward to working with her as a heal! I highly recommend Deep Roots Massage and cannot thank them enough!
