4Highly recommend avoiding this builder at all costs. They have massive quality issues in their builds and often attempt to avoid fixing the mistakes. If you end up buying from them make sure you don’t close until you have an extremely thorough walkthrough so you can get everything fixed early.
Always professional and helpful! The superintendent (Brian Moore) that did our walk through was so patient and knowledgeable! The Sales agent, Donna Sheffield went above and beyond to help me and my clients through the entire building process.especially appreciate her clear and honest communication. Way to go DR Horton for exemplifying quality products and customer service in a very difficult market.
Live here, nice pool, they are still building so construction brings it down but for the most part its improving.
