Deering Estate reviews
27Wonderful tour of the Estate. Some of the informational signage could be placed on the wall for easier reading.
Amazing beautifully maintained estate and grounds. This is such a beautiful area of Florida. Worth the drive to see this lovely place.
Summer jazz what more can I say. Wine and cheese. It’s a beautiful house with a beautiful scenery.
We went on a Sunday. It is a beautiful space with beautiful green areas to exercise and relax. I am surprise how close to downtown this oasis of peace is.
The Deering estate in South Miami. Amazing place built by a man who was in hurry. Walls are 18" thick.ceiling beams mantels all made cement. I went there at Christmas it was majestic. The breeze from the bay was great. Make sure you take the tour go down to the wine cellar and see the huge safe door.
Gorgeous Christmas decorations! Changes and additions to displays keeps Deering Estate interesting.
Beautiful and relaxing with ocean views! Great place to see manatees and have a picnic. They have all sorts of activities year round. Deering's homes are fun to walk through and learn about, take a tour or just walk around the grounds.
Deering Estate is especially lovely on the new year with blue skies and not a cloud in sight! Take a bike ride down the dedicated path and over the Chinese Bridge for a lovely old Florida day trip.
I attended a wedding there plus the reception and someone from your staff stole my wife red wallet. Should hire more honest staff. Never again will we book anything there.
Awsome place to do some fishing (snappers, snooks, barracudas), and the sun sets in the evenings are epic!
It is a visit worth for two or three hours. The employees are all very kind. The guiding tour was very good, the guy who is guiding the tour is very nice, he knows much about this place and could answer all the questions we had. I was there with my family und would totally visit again!
The price is really worth it.
So much history in this place! Wonderful venue to get married or have an event. Love the staff here!
It's a beautiful Estate.great bay views, fantastic trails. If you are there during a scheduled tour, definitely go with the guide. The guide was knowledgeable and very nice, we learned tons about the property. FYI- The houses are still work in progress.
Did not see anything worth the 12$ ticket. The hot temperature will make it even worse.
The Pinecrest gardens or Vizcaya Museum are much better than this place.
Besides, the staff was not patient with your questions.
This is nice place to stop by and walk around on a cool day not a hot day but then Florida will be a cool day lol
Great place for a picnic. Old bayfront estate. Where Richmond Drive (sw 168 st.) meets Biscayne Bay.
Outstanding place so Beautiful. So natural.trails, park, Historical landmark
Come enjoy this wounderful park with everyone in your family. GOD Bless you
Knowledgeable Docent. Very interesting historic gem right in our backyard (so to speak). Property is undergoing some needed repairs, but that does not impede the beauty of the property.
Beautiful event setting. Have been to some wonderful weddings there. A wonderful historic estate in a beautiful setting.
