Always a pleasure is how I used to feel about this location, after my visit on 7/4, I no longer feel this way. My first disappointment occurred at the deli department when I approached the hot food department, a very nice man asked if he could help me I then inquired about the popcorn chicken as I could see there was some earlier, but it empty now. He went to the back and then returned only to inform me that they are only concentrating on the boxes of chicken because one of the fryers were down. I can see that there is plenty of chicken boxes sitting in the display, that is not what I asked for, and just because there is a myth that I might like chicken, I asked you for what I wanted and besides I come there most of the time on my break. I had to do more shopping and I picked up a few more items, even though I was upset (big mistake). I get home and my bags from the car and the bagger has over packed my bags, that resulted in some of my food on the ground

Publix is a brand which always exceeds expectations in quality of their products as well as customer service.

We shop at this licatuin at least once or twice a week. The staff is always professional courteous and quick to respond if you have a question. The supermarket is always clean and they always keep a great stock of the foods that we are always looking for when we shot there.

I like this grocery.its clean and everything looks fresh. The cashiers are awesome, never had to deal with a manager, so i dont know but i assume they are all pretty nice. They all speak when you come in and make you feel welcome and assisted.

I used to visit this Publix every Saturday morning at 7: 30 AM when I lived in that neighborhood. I have since moved but if I am in the neighborhood, I will always stop in to pick up a few items. All Publix stores are exceptionally clean, excellent product selection in all departments, great sales and stellar customer service, always!

Racial discrimination. I simply went in the store to buy flowers, vase, and balloons for a love one that is in the hospital. Once purchasing I went back to the floral department because I simply needed help and the worker accuse me of stealing. I had already paid for my goods. I just needed some scissors to cut the stems off of the flowers so I could put them in the vase. I had proof of purchase. If I was caucasian, this wouldn't have happen. I will never shop at this publix again.

Income here for all.of my grocery needs. They have the best staff and never hesitate for a chance to help their customers.

One of my go-to Publix stores in the area. This Publix can get crowded at times, but they usually keep everything well stocked. My only complaint is that every Publix store seems to have a slightly different layout which can make it hard to find some items quickly when you frequent more than one.

You would think this would be more easily accessible give that it sits right on Southside Blvd, but it's crowded and there are lots of stop signs and speed bumps.

Love the Publix here. Very clean, friendly staff. The reason for 4 stars is because the parking lot is at an awful slant (not their fault, that's the way the land is and how they had to build it) and it makes putting your groceries away a pain because the cart keeps wanting to slide down the parking lot. Other than that very small gripe, I love it.

They have great restaurants, i love their publix, they've got a nice parking lot and they are public transportation acsessable.

They have a great Publix. There are good eateries in close proximity as well. There is ample parking, though the parking lots themselves are a bit confusing to navigate. Not too far from St. John's Town Center. Also two great pizza places close by. Pizza Paddle Co, And Papa Murphy's. The latter you have to bake yourself, but both are good.

All sorts of stuff packed in here.parkinglot is easily navigable, restaurants and stores all over. I find myself here everyday somehow

Nice shopping center. Very large parking lot with lots of different stores to choose from. There is a Publix as well as a place to get your hair done. There's a nail salon and lots of food options. The parking lot is in good condition and is very clean.

I only went to the Publix to fill my meds. Workers were extremely friendly. I had to stand in line for a while only because another customer was having issues with her med refill. But other then that I would have to say I will go back if I'm in the area, for food or house hold items. But for my meds I will continue to go to Walgreens only because I told Publix I did not want generic and they gave it to me anyways without asking if it was alright with me.

There's a Barberitos Mexican Cantina there that's absolutely wonderful. Friendly staff and great food. They are a hidden little secret.

Could use some extra leaning. The public there is a good Publix. Generally out of so delicious yogurt products and tabouleh. Great staff. The parking lot can get a little crazy but other than that good Area to shop.
