Deeson AC & Heating, Port St Joe FL

I purchased a window unit 2/4/2023. I had a put up my window unit and ran the unit for about 3 hours. So, I'm thinking it's okay that I didn't turn the unit until today, 2/6/2023. The a/c didn't go on, so I called Deeson A/C. Told them my issue, and they said that they can bring the unit in, and they will have the technician check it and wave the service charge. If it needs repair, I will be charged for repair. REALLY, I didn't even run the unit for the whole month, and I will have to pay for repair. People, I guess the difference between the USA made you get the best product. And as far as the CHINA products, you get what I got a lemon oh no I'm sorry lemon you can make lemonade. You just get trash. What ever happened to customer satisfaction. Not with China products. I will let my family and friends know about this experience I had.

These folks are top notch. They installed my unit around 2 years ago. Very professional then. My unit recently had a manufacturer defect and they were at my home within the hour and had the part on the part on hand. They answered my call on a Sunday at 4pm and a tech arrived in 30 minutes. Issue was fixed within an hour. My guests were very happy with the speedy fix and professionalism. Great communication with me via phone throughout the visit!

After being gone from my beach house for 3 1/2 weeks, I arrived on the Sunday before memorial day to find my AC was not working at all. Called the service line and she said the man on call could probably come that day. Justin showed up within one hour, found my drains were clogged, cleaned them out And had the unit running again quickly. I just wanted to give a shout out because on a major holiday this company was responsive and very professional.
