I had my under eyes and cheeks filled and botox yesterday fron Dr. Ortiz yesterday. Wow just wow! Minimal bruising and the results are just amazing! Being a guy its hard to find a Doctor that will not make you look feminine but still get results! The staff is very kind, professional, and patient! I am going to recommend DNA Welness and Dr. Ortiz to everyone I know! 2 weeks from now I am going back and getting my lips done that is how much I trust her now!

First came to this practice for an vitamin IV, the staff was friendly and anticipating my needs. While being there, I realized the doctor there was an integrated functional hormone specialist. Dr Ortiz was able to fix all my hormone issues, and get my body balanced and energized.

In my opinion, DNA Wellness and the staff there are incredible! Without revealing my medical history, because I want to keep that private and confidential, they have helped me tremendously. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They always make me feel at home there.

Completely unprofessional company, lack of direction, zero follow up, no integrity, zero self awareness

I had my first appointment with Katherine a few week ago.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED her! She is such a sweetheart! So gentle and very informative. She knows exactly what you need. Such a pleasure to be around! I would recommend her to everyone! The procedure I had done with her I have had before by far the best result!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never return to DNA Wellness. I went there and got filler for the first time ever from Katherine. I was unhappy with the results as I was constantly puffy and developed the Tyndall Effect. I tried to get a hold of her office on many occasions and was met with awful customer service. I would have had to take over three hours off of work to go to her and gave many times that I would be available but they could never work me in. I reached out to Katherine via email and nothing about her response was at all apologetic, but rather accusatory. I ended up having to go to another location and had to pay over $400 to get my filler removed and it looks 100% better now.

She also does not tell you how much things are going to be until you go to pay. My mom went to her and ended up having an almost $4k bill and was blown away because she had no idea it was going to cost this much. You need to inform before you perform.

Lastly, following my reach out to Katherine, she then called every single one of MY referrals to this location to see if they were happy with their results.but never tried to make it right with me. I never even asked for a refund.even though I should have received one.
