DEFY Orlando / Sky Zone Trampoline Park reviews
23Fun place for children age 3 and older! It’s a work out and includes a lot of jumping, fun and games can’t wait to be back!
Defy is so much fun for the whole family (and a great workout, too)! Staff keep the place immaculate and are very friendly.
Great for kids of all ages, they have different packages for different time frames as well as monthly memberships.definitely a place we bring our kids too often
It's more than just a trampoline park, there's obstacle courses, air tumble tracks to practice tricking, dodgeball, foam pits, and much more! Staff was really good and actually gave tips for certain tricks.
We went as soon as it opened. It’s usually crowded but it was super quiet. The staff was very attentive and helpful. It was clean and the kids as well as myself had a great time.
Great spot to take the kids. Only bad thing I can say is they had no water in the vending machines.
Always a great time here with the entire family. Even our 2 year old loves it!
I wish they had a separate section for toddlers though.
One of the better trampoline parks I have been to. Plenty of things to do. Best workout I've had in a while.
We took our children here for a birthday party. Towards the end of the party my youngest daughter was using the zip line with the red ball attachment. When she got to the end of the zipline she let go and landed, one foot landed awkwardly. This is the only activity that does not have a soft cushioned floor rather a very hard rubber mat. And since kids are not allowed to wear shoes only socks, there was no protection for her toes when she landed. The staff member called us over the PA and we arrived quickly. No ice was provided by the staff, nor any true concern over our child's injury, they just had a floor supervisor watching us the entire time.
We left and went to an urgent care, as we were checking in they asked what had happened, once we explained, his simple response was "Yeah that place keeps us open". It has been three weeks since my daughter fractured two toes. Not a single call from management. I guess that waiver makes them feel completely absolved.
Kids and adults had a great time on the many various pits and jumps and climbing options. Birthday room was adequate for the amount of people. There was a delay in the food delivery, so they gifted the group extra jump time. Overall, a very cool experience and worth the time!
When there is a event like a lock in or club night they don’t let everybody in they let you sit outside without letting you know why unless you ask so there were no announcements about why they wouldn’t let everybody in
DEFY Orlando was one of, if not, the best trampoline places I've ever been to! I love how they mix in all the different types of trampolines all into a safe place for all ages. You don't get the competitive feel you get at other trampoline places, its all inclusive. I loved it here and would highly recommend this for anyone of any age.
Lines were long. They have small lockers for you to put your things in. They'll have a great variety of socks. They have trampolines, a Zipline, obstacle courses and, basketball hoops. Overall I think I had a great experience!
They should take extreme out of their name. No doubles allowed. Not even into the pit. This place is very disappointing
Was very exciting for the kids. So much to do to keep them entertained. The kids played nice. Had many things there to test out their strength and abilities. This was a great place to hold a party. Also the staff had a quick eye catching kids who were being less than safe. I will make this place a treat for my boys in the future when they are good because it's so much fun for them here.
This is a awesome, reasonably priced place For all ages. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and actually pays attention to what's going on around them. And I mean, they pay attention, which is amazing to see. From the first person we met, to the last. Customer service and guest experience is everything, and this place has that down. We will definitely be going back again!
I wish they had an area for smaller kids or be honest at check in with parents that little ones can’t do anything. Why force me to buy grip socks for my 18 month old if at every turn I am told by staff that she can’t do something. It was a frustrating experience. I wanted to go as a family with my oldest and my younger child but I guess it will just have to be for my older child and a parent for a while.
Family fun for all ages but can be full. I will advise to call before arrival waiting time can be extremely long
It was a super fun place i really recommend this place for other people and for events or partys i have to say one of the best trampoline parks in Orlando
We live Defy! It has everything the trampoline parks have with sooo much more. My 9-year old son loves the ninja obstacles and warped wall. I love the trampolines into the huge foam pit and the string bed tramp for doing wall tricks. And they change their obstacles to keep it interesting.
It's a great time for the whole family, and an excellent workout!
