Some of the crappiest hours i have ever seen from an Auction house. Only open from noon-5pm and pickup from noon-4pm. These guys can even work normal biz hours. Makes it extremely difficult for anyone to view and or Pickup from them.

Auction goes very smoothly, what I like best is the folks that work there, very professional and pleasant

As predicted, she continues to repeat her debunked misunderstanding of the project timeline, claiming that I "under-performed" when if she hadn't ignored the informational packet detailing everything she needs to know, she would know that I was acting in accordance to my duties as outlined in said packet.

She neglected to read and deliver crucial information which led to the timeline being delay due to me having to pick up her slack.
And rather than owning this as a mistake on her part as any reasonable person would, she continues to insist that this is somehow a result of me "under-performing".

She attempted to intimidate me with attorneys, "especially if you don't take down that 1-star review" she threatened, hoping that I didn't know that she can't sue me for a bad review if I spoke the truth and had evidence to corroborate my experience.

She couldn't scare me with her lawyer boogeyman so as a last ditch effort she merely tries to dismiss me as some disgruntled ex-contractor lashing out from being fired to save face. I properly cut service with her in accordance to the contract.

This is the Susan Bender experience. She will sooner lie and slander you before holding herself accountable.

The fact that reviews from 2-3+ years ago speaking on the severe attitude problem of Susan Bender still hold true to this day should tell you something.

Her non-apology "Sorry YOU felt that way" and "Oh me, oh my, your review is so untrue! " responses are full of it.

Please avoid doing business or coming into any contact with this woman. Being on the receiving end of her impatience, lack of professionalism, and condescension has been one of the biggest displeasures of my life.

BEWARE Social Media Managers, Marketers, Agencies, etc.:
If you enter any kind of contract with this woman, do not budge an inch for service until she returns that contract to you signed.

She delayed sending back our contract for over a month, ignored my reminder email requesting it, and the moment I notify that services will pause until the contract is returned, suddenly she wants to cancel service and now refuses to send the contract. Very much looks like she didn't sign it at all and now has an out to cut service without giving proper written notice, which would have put her in breach of the contract terms had she signed it. Absolutely shady and dishonest dealings.

She will NOT read any important documents or follow clear and simple instructions regarding business. If she becomes even slightly confused about what's going on, she will send you nasty emails talking down to you.

She was given all relevant and important information for the project timeline in a cohesive packet + a client space to access so that she may stay in the loop on the progress of the project, however, she neglected to read the packet detailing when posting was to begin and refused to join the client space to keep up with progress.

This resulted in her being completely out of the loop on progress behind the scenes and with a complete misunderstanding how and when posting occurs.

She was informed that the first month will be slow to start as per usual and things will pick up in the following months, as proven successful with my previous client. For this fact, I emphasized that patience was key. I begged for her patience to let momentum build and let results happen organically. This went completely ignored.

She ignored each and every instance of me clarifying what she misunderstood about the project timeline and ignored my advisory to join the client space to see what's being planned.

Everything I said went in one ear and out the other as she kept accusing me of not working and repeating her wrongful expectations of how the timeline works despite being corrected and directed to the correct information.

And despite all the written records of our interactions that corroborate my claims, she'll still claim that I did no work and left her out of the loop, and repeat her long debunked misunderstandings of the project timeline. Watch.

They have wonderful items up for auction. Super friendly staff. They are very easy to work with.

*EDITING THIS REVIEW BASED OFF HER RESPONSE* her response is that she does not have a contract with me. My spouse signed the contract, that does not take away the fact she TOOK THINGS FROM OUR HOUSE WITHOUT OUR CONSENT. This is such a crooked response to a very serious situation. She is boasting online with a photo of our house that she has 800 items for sale-we did not consent to her selling 800 items so we don’t even know the true extent to the amount of things she took without our knowledge. This review is in fact TRUE. Susan is by far the most UNPROFESSIONAL and unreasonable person. DO NOT give her business unless you have lawyers on standby.

Susan Bender took items without our consent. She is currently selling items on her website that we did not allow her to. Some of these things were taken without our knowledge, some are still in our home
So if you buy it, you won’t receive it. Buyers beware if you purchase from Dejavu because you could potentially be in possession of stolen goods. She has restricted my review on Facebook.

Great authentic items, and a real auction not inflated by imaginary bidders like other places. Only wish they had in house shipping.
