Technician was knowledgeable and professional. Recommended a new capacitor and switch explained why the old one could fail. Cleaned the blower unit. Good job!

I didn't choose this company. My builder did. I'm not happy at all. First of all this is not a local business to where I live. They are based out of Jacksonville. I live in Flagler beach. They dispatch different people to my home every time there is an issue with my unit. My home is new and so is the system that was installed. It didn't work when we moved in. So my guess is it wasn't properly installed in the first place. We have had them out several times. They put a replacement part for a sensor for starters. No one followed up with us. We had to call and remind them. We want the original part. This took months to get. We called the second time for loud noise on the unit. They sent someone who said they balanced it. I went to change the filter, as I always do every month and noticed it was damp. Called the company. They made it seem like it was my fault. They sent another technician. Didn't speak good English. This is what we deal with most times. He said there was a leak in the system. He couldn't find it. So another technician came out. Two days later because again. They didn't have anyone local. To come out and re diagnosis the problem. They did send another technician out, he did find the leak and had to order the part. But again cant tell me when it will be fixed. Which I'm sure we will have to follow up on. Because they don't get back to you.l have not been able to use my System for almost a week now. This unacceptable. Don't use this company. Get a local company who cares. Because they clearly do not care! I would never recommend this company!

Service technician, Adrian was able to diagnose a wiring problem with our heating and air system in a few minutes. He was able to rewire and correct the problem and get us up and running. I will recommend Del-Air and Adrian for your heating and cooling needs.

Watkins and Max were good at diagnosing problem and working with us on price. Only area for improvement is being on time. We had two service calls and first one was an hour late after range of time they gave us and second was 2 hours late. Both made me have to reschedule other appointments.

Adrian was on time, very courteous & professional, explained everything he was going to do step-by-step. Was very knowledgeable. Also, explained all my options and the different prices. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

We have the annual maintenance plan with Del Air for HVAC and this was our first appointment for our new system. The technician (Adrian) did a great job and was very thorough. He explained everything to us and was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He left when the a/c was working properly and left a clean work area.

The tech was supposed to arrive between 10 a.m. And noon. I got a phone call about 11: 30 to let me know he was running behind, but would be there within 45 minutes, and he was. I had no plans that day, but I still appreciated the call. The service was thorough and the tech answered my questions without any hesitation. I'm glad my A/C service is in Del-Air's very capable hands.

The response to our service call was very timely, the technician was professional and thorough, and the price was fair.

Were quick and responsive. Left a drip pan full of water. Blew out the drain pipe that was clean and suggested a $1308 cleaning on a 3.5 yr old unit. Not happy!
