4Dr. Mathias has been an excellent dentist. He is great with the anisthetic needle, efficient in repairing my teeth and always explains his plan of treatment.
As a patient of Dr. Mathias/DeLand Smiles for nearly a decade. He is an excellent, caring dentist with state of the art facilities. He always describes and explains his procedures and gives you options before starting the work. When I need an implant he referred me to a specialist who did top quality work. Dr, Mathias and his team do not make you wait, always on schedule/time. Both my wife and I highly recommend DeLand Smiles without hesitation, qualification or reservation. If you value high quality dentistry you will really appreciate Dr. Mathias and his team.

I have been going to Dr. Mathias/DeLand Smiles since 2007 - from the Plymouth Avenue office to new McGregor Road location. I was and am impressed by the very clean office and state of the art equipment. The staff has always been professional and helpful. Dr. Mathias will take time to explain procedures, what to expect, and answer my questions.
I want to give a shout to Leslie. She is the office manager. She is very knowledgeable and efficient. She has been with Dr. Mathias since I have been with Dr. Mathias!
