DeLand Tax, Tag and Title Office

This offive was great, from the front desk all the way to the last step. The employees here are very friendly and helpful, kudos to this office manager.

Very frustrating as the computers seem to be down more than up lately. The employees try to help as best they can but the technology issues are not their fault.

Every one at this location is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was very happy.

We had a very blessed experience at the tax collectors office, today. The wait was brief; about 7 minutes. Everyone was smiling and very kind. Just as the Lord intended it to be. Amen

Went in yesterday and was a little wait but Amanda was our agent and I must say she made the wait worth it. So friendly and courteous

The staff here are great! Since I work for a dealer I am there at least 3 times a week. They are always pleasant and efficient!

They were very helpful and gave me the information I needed and helped me take care of the forms.

Very Disappointed when you call your local tag office it retracts you to a call center and those people don't know anything they have to call the tag office and ask them, I was on hold 1hr between waiting for somebody to pick the phone up then the call center calling the local office to find out my answer to my question, very Stupid system

Love the new text number system. Makes it super convenient and nice that you can walk around downtown and enjoy yourself while you wait for your turn. Very friendly & knowledgeable employees

Unbelievable, 13 customers in front of me, was told to wait for text saying I'm getting close, so go by door and wait for number to be called, 2 hours later I left. What a joke. Takes over 2 hours for 13 customers,

I was helped immediately and employees were very nice and very helpful to me. They explained everything in detail I needed, and answered my questions.

Being a California guy, I'm used to 400 people in a DMV corral. They took care of everyone and everything in a timely manner. No job too tough for this group.
