Delaney's Tavern, Orlando FL

I live in Dallas and travel to Orlando for work. Always look for a high end experience from well executed food to great service and fun atmosphere. Delaney’s delivers on all fronts and so it’s now become a repeat.

May not sound like much but since I travel so much I rarely repeat my visits to better experience the local cuisine. But I now go to Delaney’s on every Orlando visit and that’s indicative of how much this place means to me. There is construction on the main road and it’s still worth fighting upstream to get there. I have thought about their Sea Bass so many times while in other states that it’s just silly - definitely on my “go to” list!

Meatballs are strangely salty btw so consider that if you have a sodium issue

The Judge William Wieland American Inn of Court held another of its meeting at Delaney's Tavern with a packed house. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. We know it is difficult to serve that many people but the food came out quickly and was served promptly. I would highly recommend this venue for events!

Really enjoyable dinner on my own. Everyone at the bar was friendly. My wine and steak was amazing. I didn't know this place existed but now I know and I'll be back.

Changed my review because the staff has changed in treatment. I’ve received excellent service the 4 times I’ve been back since the first review. The food is absolutely delicious. If you’re a foodie like myself… sample most or all the appetizers and eat a dessert there then take your meal to go. I do that almost every restaurant to explore and taste their menu. Delicious appetizers like this restaurant has is a reason to stop by. All of the staff I’ve recently encountered has been superb. Love is one of the members that goes the extra mile for you. But there are quite a few that do so even if you have one bad wait… this is a restaurant that always deserves a second chance!

I hosted a private dinner here for a group of fifteen. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was perfect from my first inquiry to the sweet girl that waited on my group.

The food was unbelievable, service unmatched, and location is easy to access with parking onsite. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a professional/personal dining experience.

Absolutely delicious American cuisine and cocktails. Bar seating is very comfortable and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the drinks, menu.

We had a really fun time here celebrating our friends birthday! Our server Hannah handled our large group like a champ!

Visited this Tavern back in August and the food was beyond delicious! During my stay at this hotel, I ate at the Tavern twice and was very impressed. The first night I got the ribeye sandwich which was perfect and the second night I was there for their “hurricane happy hour” which I got wings and some sliders. I would definitely recommend Delaney’s for food! Also the art work was nice and the restaurant was very clean!

Went some Sundays ago. I would definitely go back. Food was good and affordable. The mimosas, were $5. Anddddd.they are not stingy with the alcohol! We were the first there, it was surprisingly slow. Only two other parties came after, I'm guessing it's a "hidden gem" within a hotel. Andddd.our server was Brinley, she was good. Appreciated her. Good customer service. Like I said I would definitely back.

Would absolutely leave 0 stars if I could. They charged my card for $10 additional than the tip I left. This has happened to me before, so I now take a picture of every receipt before leaving a restaurant. I emailed them explaining the situation with proof of receipt and the higher charge to my credit card. I was sent back a photo by the assistant GM, and the photo was of my receipt where they added a “1” in front of the “5” making it $15 instead of $5. The total clearly was incorrect. I asked if she was insinuating that I took a photo of my merchant copy receipt, and then intentionally went back and changed the tip. This would not do me any good and makes no sense. And the fact that they made an excuse like this told me it wasn’t the first time. I looked back at previous reviews, and other guests have complained about their bill being charged incorrectly as well.

To note, they did process a $10 refund, but they had no choice lol.

I’m sure someone from the restaurant will respond to this post with a generic apology and asking me to email them to “fix it”, but that’s what I tried to do, and they blamed me instead. Putting this out there in hopes that other people are not blind sided by their servers at this establishment.

Cozy, romantic place, but also had spaces for a fun night out with friends and colleagues. Has a great cozy outside space. Fire pit table, cozy couches, and chairs. I had a dirty martini, which was super cold and delicious. My husband had to drink water. He was having surgery the next day. We had the vegetarian French onion soup, the blue crab flatbread, and the grilled cab ribeye sandwich. Delicious!

Phenomenal restaurant bar. The food is fantastic and the staff is great. Overall the atmosphere here is great every single time we come here for dinner.

Honestly not the typical hotel food! This food is amazing! I am really impressed. Having the time of my life. Have to get the shrimp and grits again. Michale was an amazing bartender. If you come to Orlando have to stay at the Delaney hotel. Might have spelled the hotel wrong, nice and saucey from these drinks.

I’m here visiting in Orlando for a work. The hotel I’m staying at recommended this place. Hands down the best French toast I’ve ever had and their egg skillet is chefs kiss! My server Anna is super sweet and helped me pick out the best brunch meal ever!

Easy & Free Parking - Great Location near downtown Orlando - Easy Reservation - I got there late and the Staff was able to accomodate. I waited only for 7mns until I got called again to be seated. I used the lobby area during the wait time. It was clean, quiet and the couch was comfy. Inside the Resto, the music volume is appropriate for conversation. The serving portion is decent for the price and the turnaround time to be served is fast. I would definitely go back whenever I am in Orlando area.
