Delish Caribbean restaurant reviews
25Delish is a good place to order some food. One time, I bought a chicken wings, it was not good. A second time it was worse. The seasoning was all about salt and hot pepper. I wasted my 9.98 dollars. Griot, goat and turkey are on point!
I placed an order over the phone for a pick up.an hour later I went to pick up the food it was not ready gave them another 30mins and still wasn’t ready my patience was already thin when I finally received my food the griot look like it was warm up from last night left overs the food was cold for 14$. Never again
One word: FRITAILLE.
Found this place on Uber eats and it did not disappoint. I had the griot Fritay and my cousin had the Tasso and we were both extremely satisfied. The pikliz to me is also the best I’ve had in south Florida
I would like to know what part of Haiti the cook who made my food is from. Unless it wasn't a Haitian who made my food. If it was? He/she should be very disappointed in their self. Because this is not i repeat THIS IS NOT Haitian food nor Caribbean food. I mean No seasoning, No salt, the rice is dry, plantains are very under cook and turkey is so hard almost broke my tooth. The only fresh thing on there was the lettuce. LAST TIME!
The owner is very nice but the staffs serve people they know like their friends before you. Even when you call and order over the phone. The wait time is ridiculous.
I ordered the griot (fried pork) I only ordered that because they didn't have goat in sauce, they offered me fried goat in chicken sauce, which totally defeats the purpose. They had no rice & beans only white rice in souse pwa (bean sauce). The griot was not fresh, I could tell because it was cold & the plantains were luke warmed, as if they just warmed them up. My first & last time at this place very mediocre food & service.
The Haitian food here is phenomenal. The best I dare say I've ever had, outside of Haiti. Very reminiscent of the cooking style back home in Haiti. Another go to spot when in Miami.
I purchased 2meals from this restaurant and 2 drinks. Not only they didn't give me my drinks, when I got home I realized one of the meals had no meat.
I called back to complain about my drinks and no meat in the dry legume they sold me with 2 bones!
I am never going back to this place and advise everyone to keep away from this restaurant. Their customer service is the worse!
Waitress Marie Danielle will give you attitude when you come with your man to ask for his number when he comes back Alone so unprofessional!
Garbage the spaghetti did not have sausage or an egg it had chicken i never heard of that guess they must find a way to put left over chicken and the guy was rude on the phone i would never recomend this dump
Great Caribbean (Haitian) restaurant with good size portions. Food is delicious and fresh. Employees are also friendly too. My current choice.
They have people answering the phone who don't speak or understand English. They take forever with people order and I been served cold service is Custom not non existent.smh
The food is great. Just need to improve customer service skills at the counter. The guy at the counter is really friendly tho. He always has a smile on his face. Order ahead of time. I like that the food is not sitting all day so I don't mind the wait.
Although the food taste good the service isn't good the people there aren't very polite I know Caribbean folks have a different ways of giving service but when you're in certain industry such as hospitality it's important you know how to provide proper customer service
Delicious food! But you might have to call in order before you go so you won't have to wait for so long.
I just stood there being ignored for 15 minutes to place a to go order and this chick stays hi how can I help you to the man behind me! Like what was that!? !? ! I just walked out. I'm disgusted.
After teaching a 3 hour konpa dance workshop, I wanted to take my Fiancé someone to eat where is not too formal, not too busy but not to "burger and fries" type restaurants. Compare to other Carribean restaurants, we enjoyed the service from our waiter and we def enjoyed the food
The people who work at this restaurant need to go learn about customer service. The girls who works in the front should be representing the restaurant, but they make you don't ever want to come back. After I literally spend 12 hrs at work every night I called and stop for food and it's always the same thing 2 hours later I walk out with no food.don't get me work the food is great.but they're not professional, they'll skip you. Needs to take some lessons from the H&R grill staff. Never Again.
Worst place ever, I ordered over the phone I purposely ask them how long will it take before I can come pick up the food they told me 15 minutes when I gt there the food wasn’t even ready I have to wait for another hour.this is ridiculous I wish they was an option to give no star at all.
Enjoyed the food. Prices were a little higher than expected but the restaurant had a pretty nice interior design.
