I worked with Michelle Lianzo when she was with another firm. I was so glad to find out she was back in my area. I had changes I wanted done to my wills and preferred to work with Michelle. I enjoyed working with Michelle and April - her para-legal. Someone was always available to answer questions; Michelle was always very clear and concise when asked a question. I would choose Michelle and her team over anyone else.

Terrible law firm. Never advised me about asset protection for my mother who has declining health & long term care expenses. Failed to specify details as to the type of burial. You must specify cremation, otherwise, if other beneficiaries disagree, you will have to spend more money on legal fees to dispute & come to a resolution.

Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney group was less than satisfactory. I eagerly filled out their online request form not once, but twice, and was disappointed to receive no response. Determined to get answers, I decided to visit their office in person, only to be told that the paralegal was out to lunch and would call me back. However, several days have passed, and I still haven't received that call.

Now, I understand that everyone deserves a break and that lunchtime can be a much-needed respite in a busy workday. However, if their lunches are so long that potential clients are left waiting for days on end, or if they simply can't find the time to respond, it does raise some concerns about their ability to handle legal matters efficiently and effectively.

When it comes to legal matters, trust is of utmost importance. As a potential client, I want to feel confident that the attorneys I choose will prioritize my needs and communicate effectively. Unfortunately, my experience with this attorney group has left me questioning whether they are the right choice for me. In the end, I believe it's essential to find an attorney group that values prompt and responsive communication, as it can make all the difference in the outcome of a legal case.
