Terrible experience. Waited for an hour and didn’t even see the car that we had made an appointment to see. When we talked numbers all the sudden they hit you with an additional 3-4 thousand worth of bogus fees.

It was bad experience. After polishing my car, I noticed scratches in a few places that were not there before. Also, the friend sitting next to Jeff had a careless speaking style. It was disturbing.
