Delray Yacht Cruises reviews
20The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Food was so disgusting we couldn't even eat it. I ordered a salad without a fork, asked 3 different wait staff and they all said I'll bring one to you. 35 mins later still no fork. Staff were arguing with each other in front of us. Recieved our bill for 4 drinks, chicken salad was $85.00! Not worth $20.00. So disappointed when this was a special event for a wedding. Don't waste your time and money here!
What a beautiful way to celebrate the season! Lovely boat tour of Christmas lights in Delray Beach
The cruise and Narrator/Captain were fabulous. Our Server was less than par. No paper plates or flatware could be found when our food came 1 hour late. The scenery and history was interesting and sunset stunning.
Nice restaurant inside and the captain talks about various stories of the homes in the area!
The ride and sites were ok, the boat itself was hot the big price we paid for the small amount of food and drinks we got was way too High.
First time cruise, took a friend from out of the country for a tour of the intracoastal. Beautiful ship, well kept, clean, friendly staff, will definitely go again when friends are in town. Meghan was very helpful too. Highly recommended.
Amazing experience. The ride was smooth. The music was amazing, I was expecting generic sounds but they actually played some bangers. Great staff. Our waitress was extremely nice and attentive. Went for a birthday party
If we had A-blast the staff was nice the boat was clean the food was decent and the views were spectacular highly recommended we're locals and we loved it
Nice way to spend a couple of hours. Food was surprisingly good. Great service.
The person doing the narration was somewhat muffled.
My wife and I have done this cruise multiple times now and the views are amazing. The staff are always so kind and friendly and the narrator is very knowledgeable. They don't overcharge for drinks, food, or water too which is nice because it gets HOT in that sun on the top deck! Big fans!
Highly disappointed 100 plus dollars for sight seeing of houses for the rich and famous this is such a rip off nothing informative.
Ughh Where do I begin! I went cruising on Mother’s Day 2022 with a party of 8 people. Let’s review the positive first I encountered a friendly
Greeter, clean yacht and my awesome waitress Katie. The cruise overall was relaxing and pleasant until I ordered chicken tenders to share with my toddler. I took one bite and I was disgusted. My chicken tenders tasted like a unseasoned artificial chicken patty it was very lightly warm breaded tenders.and no taste to my liking whatsoever. My sister did not like her hotdog neither. I told my waitress of my unpleasant bite Katie was more than welcome to get me something else but she needed a approval from her food manager Megan. No problem. Megan did not come to see what the problem was she told Katie to ask us why we sending the food back. I offered to pay the difference of a new order. My offered by shot down to Make a long story short THE Rude FOOD MANAGER MEGAN NEEDS TO BE TRAINED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. She didn’t accept my paying the difference of food change -did not think my reason for getting another order was relevant - told me to sit down- told my family to control me like as I am an child or animal then told me you don’t know who you mess with and - told the staff not to serve me anything in replacement of nasty chicken and threaten to call the police on me as she laughed in my face over chicken tenders! FIRE MEGAN OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS OR WILL HAVE BAD ENCOUNTERS. Megan definitely ruined my mother day brunch! Nothing was resolved over $12. I couldn’t have nothing for my daughter to eat it’s ridiculous. Not what you say but how you say it. Nothing in the contract of returning food.
First time on the Lady Atlantic. Enjoyed the leisurely ride south to Boca. Beautiful boat, great service, would recommend!
Horrible. Inside is dirty and cheap looking. Food is terrible and takes forever to arrive. Servers and managers rude. Person speaking overhead sounds monotone and boring like they hate their job.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. If i could give zero stars I would. Options for food are hot dogs, chicken tenders, potato chips served in a carton box. Waiting time for your food is greater than an hr. Manager is rude and doesn't resolve any issues. Good luck trying to get a hold of your server. Was told it was buffet style and nothing of that sort was delivered. Save your money, highly do not recommend
A comfortable and relaxed (2hr) cruise with historic and modern facts about the area.
Upper deck, AC lounge, bar and efficient cocktail services. Parking close by.
My only negative is the family/ group picture was not taken professionally.it's not worth it
We were on the top deck and 5 feet from the speakers and couldn't hear the tour guide at all. You can hear just fine below deck but then you can't see as much. Also it was not exciding for the kids.
Awesome staff and very informative Delray and Boca history tour! Disappointed they snuck in the $2 per mask charge then didn’t enforce the mask rules…make sure you ask them to remove this charge and bring your own!
Best deal on the water. It's our town and we love to show our guests a opportunity to share the waterways without chartering a boat or sitting on your duff at a waterfront bar. These mini break is aces.
Was a relaxing trip, seeing all the mansions but it was advertised as a narrated cruise.no narration at all, would have been nice as a visitor from Arizona to have things pointed out. There was a guy in our outside area at the front via the boat who seemed to be talking about stuff, but he only spoke to a group of women on one side. If he was indeed the narrator would have been nice to have him move to the center and speak to all of us. I guess we didn't look rich enough. Won't ever be back.
