Easy process! As long as you have all of your paperwork right you are good to go. Also if you are dropping off human remains you cannot drop them off until 5 hours before the flight.

Southwest cargo is 5 star. Delta is 1 star in comparison. Workers are nice, but their process is terrible.

Very bad service @ my cargo was supposed arrive on the 19th they hold on to my cargo till on the27 all my food stuffs got so bad and because customs whatever.

Came here to pick up two packages that were sent through cargo from back home in NC. The employees were friendly and very helpful. I was in and out within minutes. They even assisted in placing a heavy package in my vehicle for me.

There has to be better public transportation on tradeport dr. Not every body can drive to work everyday. One mile to the nearest bus stop is dissmal.

Staff is rude, even when I ask them what they need to help with an issue they have to be mean. They really need to be forced to take classes in customer service. Providing info helps people so write that down and learn it.

Package was late and handled poorly, making it unusable! Delta does not stand behind their guarantee of on time counter to counter!

They're slow as all get out to get the cargo item from the plane ready for pickup. The employees are neither rude nor great.

I had an animal shipped via Delta Cargo. It was an hours drive through pounding rain only to discover the flight had been cancelled due to weather not anyone's fault. But have to say the office staff (Orlando) were very helpful with updates and such. Waiting on a U2 and was half crazy he would not survive the trip. But all ended well!
