Delta Air has their customers in mind before, during and after installation of products they sell. They are responsive and respectful of concerns that are related to purchasing and servicing air conditioning equipment. I worked with Tommy when evaluating a new unit. He was helpful and respectful of the research I had done despite my ignorance of air conditioning equipment considerations. When our unit quit before our installation date, Tommy came to the rescue to tide us over till the new unit could be installed. Months later during a rain storm, we had a water stain that frightened my husband and I because we were not sure if the stain was related to the air conditioning or roof. Tommy rushed to our aid to evaluate the problem immediately to be sure the ceiling wouldn't cave in. His diagnosis and instant action was absolutely critical and unexpected. His concern for our potential property was appreciated and extraordinary. We would not have been comfortable this season without his care and assistance. We hope not to ask for special services but Delta Air provides excellent special care to support their products and customers they meet.
