I want to thank Joshua for his kindness and understanding of a recent concern I had with a memorial site. His response was prompt, professional and his actions went beyond good customer service. He answered my many questions and restored my faith that some people still take pride in what they do. Thank you Joshua, you are awesome! My Pop (grandfather) passed away in September 2023. We were all grieving and the staff were incredibly understanding and their sensitivity was beyond measure. They made sure we all felt their sincere condolences. They let us talk and gave us time to make decisions. They were beyond accommodating to the needs of our large family. They were on time and fully prepared. I was supposed to hand out bulletins but wasn’t feeling up to the task, one of the staff stepped in so I could be with my family and have one less worry. The staff was flexible and paid extreme attention to our needs and even our wants. Jarod made this experience less awful. They did their job and made us feel at ease. We changed our minds a few times and instead of frustration they responded with empathy and love. I would choose them over and over if I ever have to suffer a loss again. We love you Pop. Thankfully he’s next to Grommy and they are together in Heaven. Thank you Jarod and staff at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home & Gardens for making this unimaginable loss more bearable.

My wife and family were very happy with the service they provided us, the staff were excellent too. The only thing we are concerned with the Funeral Home, if you make a deposit to buy anything, and you change your mind, and tell them you want a refund, beware! 'cause it may take months to get a refund, even if you pay cash,

Every staff member showed compassion and empathy for my family during the most difficult time in our lives. They respected our wishes on how we wanted to celebrate my father's life. They did a great job in displaying his life story in the room for family and friends to share our memories.

Started of kind of rough, and had a few differences of opinion more so do the family of the deceased than the director; but went smoothly in the end. Communication was easy and often and I was helped get the funds to finance it and have some extra money. I would recommend; and The roses were expensive but the prettiest I’ve ever seen.

Our family and friends experienced the tragic loss of my amazing father last year in March, the staff was amazing and went out of their way!
Unfortunately, we experienced a loss of a grandmother. Jarod Anderson, stepped right in from last year to assist. Jarod Anderson specifically went above and beyond in ensuring that everything went as we expected and more. He was kind, compassionate, and helpful at our time of need.
