After they cancelled our appointment at the last minute in December, we rescheduled. This morning I drove 45 minutes to the Stirling Center Place location only to find out they are not doing "in person" appointments due to COVID. The staff informed me they had been trying to call people, but I never received a call or was given any notice of this, even though I have prior calls and e-mails from their office. Would have been nice to know that so I didn't waste 1.5 hours of driving time, with gas and tolls.
