Denny's, Palm Springs FL

I brought my family in yesterday morning, normally I have Kesha, Carisma, Karen, or Boston and I love them all. But I got the unfortunate experience of having a girl named Tamra for my waitress and she was absolutely terrible! When I sat down I spotted Carisma and I was adamant on her serving us so I asked Tamra if I could move to Carismas table because I’ve already had a horrible experience with Tamra, I came in a few weeks ago and she was so high or drunk she couldn’t hold her head up, it took us 45 min to get food that we didn’t order so I defiantly didn’t want her serving me again. With an eye roll she told me Carisma was too busy to take care of us, but when I asked Carisma she said she would be more than happy to take us, and that she wasn’t busy at all. Tamra clearly was very rude to Carisma in front of my children even using cuss words, although Carisma apologized for Tamras actions my wife insisted we leave. I will never be back as long as you keep people employed here (Tamra is the only waitress I have experienced this with in all the years I’ve been coming to this Denny’s) cussing in front of my kids and being under the influence working for you. I don’t know if that girl was high yesterday but I know for a fact that sober people don’t ask for a drink order 3 times and then mess them up. No doubt she was last time she served me, she couldn’t keep her eyes open and when I told the general manager he assured me she wouldn’t be working there anymore. If she happens to hurt someone you will have a major lawsuit on your hands. I brought it up to management and now I am writing it here so everyone can know not to have their family in Denny’s while Tamra is working. I am now writing Mr Al Horowitz an email because if management can’t find a better waitress then Al needs to find a better General Manager. You have one waitress costing you a lot of money, I overheard the table behind me saying they had been waiting for 15 minutes for their drinks. That’s ridiculous! To all my girls who usually serve my family I am so sorry that you must put up with such nonsense. And I am really sorry that I will not be back in until Mr. Al informs me that Tamra is no longer employed there. Miss Carisma I hope you know that you were NOT the cause of us leaving and I appreciate all the wonderful service you and all the other wonderful servers have given me.

I order a lot from here via door-dash.quality of the food is great, the manager Denis is very polite and Crystal is always great assisting with everything. Thanks for the great service and awesome food!

Food was average for diner food. Service was sub par. Had to ask for salt and pepper twice, never brought syrup to the table for pancakes without being asked, refilled coffee cups at the end of the meal but forgot to bring creamers. We won't be in a rush to return.

I asked us for waitress or special the red white and blue he says go you must be thinking about IHOP but you know I've seen the commercial I don't know how many times on TV it's Danny thank you Jesus she says oh you must be talkin about that special on that sign behind you tell me what kind of waitress they have and know about their product never just took order and never came back to see if we needed anything this was about 2 o clock in the afternoon Sunday

One of my favorite spots to Dine-in on my lunch break. I never have to wait more then 15 minutes for my food.

Denny's has done some major Renovations the place looks great the staff is always great and the food was pretty good also do yourself a favor come check it out

Took about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Place looks worn out and old feeling kind of vide not in a good way. However the new denny's beyond burger was really good and better that the Burger King offering.

Our waitress Trina was impeccable! I had to make several changes to my order. She was exceptionally patient and made it happen to the T! The food was delicious to top off the great service. Thanks, Trina!

I had the t-bone breakfast. Steak was delish. My daughter had the Caesar salad with chicken. She enjoyed. Jesse, our server, was a delight. When you want real food, this is the place

It's a great place to eat. So much that this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I've been here. Staff is great, food is great.

Honestly Boston, our waiter for the day, is the reason why I am giving Denny's 5 stars. She is kind, attentive and amazing. Denny's is truly blessed to have someone like her!

Visit this place often because is conveniently close to my house. Usually great service, sometimes somewhat slow.

They have breakfast all day their pancakes are the best! Great service, great food great atmosphere, inexpensive! They are open very late, all around a great place to go for food!

Called an order for early breakfast friendly and upbeat personal got it in 15 minutes. Don't call ihop at 5am you'll regreted it come here instead!

Everything was great the only one thing that wasn't good was the onion rings are off the menu. The waitress was great, her name is Erica. I love this Denny's. The staff is very friendly and serves food in a timely manner. We had a party of 7 and everything was perfect.

Good you-know-what-to-expect restaurant with diner atmosphere. Breakfast, burgers, etc. You can always depend on Denny's.
