Denny's, St. Augustine FL

Their short staff and very busy but the service was excellent. My server was Kayree and she was awesome and very professional

DO NOT EAT HERE! Employees warned me they've had a MASSIVE RAT infestation since they shut down over covid last year and can NOT control it, and they are no longer open 24 hours to shoo all of the rats away!
In addition, most who work there are homeless, dirty, rotten attitudes and have no respect for anyone including themselves

Sorry guys but twice in the last two months I have TRIED to visit here. Total disaster both times. Covid 19 isn't an excuse for serving poor food.

I got nothing since I couldn't order online and no one would answer the phone. Must be in serious need of decent help, or just don't care.

The food was decent. The service was seriously lacking however. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled like urine. The systems were down and it seemed like no one knew how to do basic math. We had to get cash form an atm to pay and never received the desserts we ordered.

The best Denny's I have ever been to. Wow! My service was amazing, my food was delicious and my experience was pleasant. I will be back here. I had to leave a review. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Food is usually good, you know what to expect as its the same at each location. Service was ok this time.

The food was okay. But service is slow. And I always seem to get ill after eating at any Dennys. Could be the sanitizing rinse used on dishes.

Terrible waitress service. Silverware dengy/tarnished. Food was barely warm. Probably because of inattentiveness of waitress.

Got a burger with the egg and bacon and hash browns on it. Mind blown. Best burger of my life. I didn't like Denny's before but everything has changed now.

Bourbon chicken with Vegetables is great, over 55 menu is good also. Jess was the server she did a great job. Denny is located in the Pilot service center.

Would have been better but waited over an hour and there wasn't anyone there really, was told there was no seasoned fries but then some came out before our food was done

This is one of the best Denny's I've ever eaten at! I stopped over Labor Day weekend Melissa see was my white fish. Everyone here was very cheery! My 55 plus omelette was cooked to Perfection no sending and the English muffin was crisp and the fruit was great! Melissa brought me a little bit of peanut butter that was delicious to put on the muffin. It was simply awesome! I am a professional driver and eat at Denny's at least 3 times a week! Keep up the good work people!

A-1 service and food, I recommend the avocado burger with the seasoned fries.
The waitress was extremely efficient like a well oiled machine. Like 6 minutes for food to arrive, no complaints.

Not going to be negative towards the company love Denny's and all problems can be fixed with the right team/employee's Thanks to the GM and will visit soon

Dennys its a great place to eat. Its lunch dinner and breakfast all in one. Its for the ones that are hungry or not too hungry! Sweet tooth? They git it cover! I love Dennys! Goid food at a good price!

One of my favorite places. Most menu items are terrific. Their omelettes are excellent. The last couple of times, my skillet meal was overcooked. Maybe a new guy in the kitchen, I don't know. Their pot roast is the best, but don't dive into it too fast, you'll burn your tongue. Always a military discount when you show your ID card, and their customer service is always good, except on one day I came in during a rush and they were short handed. They make an effort and it shows.

Was not a good experience, it was coupled to a truck stop.worst Denny's I've ever been in. One lady working her butt off.felt sorry for her.

We're out of the first three items we ordered which I thought bwas unusual. Otherwise bgood breakfast fare just loaded with salt from being processed food.

Dennys are scattered all across the US and are known for having all kinds of Big Breakfast items. They serve a full menu that everyone can eat from, burgers, steak and lots of good sides.
