Didn't get to be seated. Was told a wait. No problem. 2 sets of people came behind me of 2 people each. Then 8 people came and and was seated before all of us. I waited another 5 minutes which made it 20 by now.and I still wasn't seated. I was by myself! Had a problem there before, but I gave them another chance. They blew it. And my roommate just bought $75 in gift cards! We'll use them at another location!

Coffee semi-warm. Food temperature was as if it set on plate for a spell. Not hot at all. Pancake not thoroughly cooked.bacon not thoroughly cook. Eggs cool. Grits semi-warm.table and bench dirty. Very disappointed.

This place was very nice busy but they all works well together finding out that they were all from different stores surprise me and my mom they were more a well-oiled machine and the Cook's did an awesome job

This Dennis is horrible. But I will say it has management issues, horrible customer service. We walked in and was told there was a 45 mins wait, we waited the 45mins. When the host called us to go seat on our table the host told us it was going to be another 45 mins and asked us if we wanted to wait more of course we left.while we were there we were able to analyze her attitude and it was very bad, like super slow and sarcastic. I’ll give 0 stars if I could. Never coming back, never recommending it.

They gave me my breakfast because it was my birthday! Eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes! Good as always!

Found a hair in my burger, and when I asked for assistance it took them 5 min to come to the table, then the waitress said I was ignorant, very poor service. I would give it a zero if I could.

Food was alright at best nothing spectacular.service was mediocre at best. When the eggs came out they look like they had been under a heat lamp for a week.the silverware was dirty and when asked to replace rusted silverware waitress look at me like "really? " And said it was not dirty, just old and rusty. I don't know about you but I don't want rust in my food

I went there thinking I was going to get my order right the first time but no I got onion rings not done right and asked twice about the order I made and the BBQ boneless wings didn't have no bbq and my mozzarella sticks weren't even on my plate when I received it.

Friendly staff no wait have to come late at night apple crisp brings me out manager Keith Always has it available lol

Breakfast waitress was pleasant, courteous and prompt. Breakfast felivered timely and hot.no wait.

I will not give any stars service was horrible no silverware to eat food no napkins even after food was delivered.
Had to bother another waitress who was busy.
Then ours came with check and I said we would like to order dessert she crumbled check In front of us like rushing us to finish because her shift was ending.
Ordered ice cream it was melted horrible taste waste of our money went home hungry.

Went for a birthday breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. It happened to be kids eat free day which was perfect as well. The server was kind, helpful and generous she earned her tip.

It was horrible it took the food forever to come and it was only one other table in the whole restaurant I will not ever come back

Whoever works front of house and typically answers the phone is extremely rude and needs to be fired. I think her name was Kim but not positive.absolutely disgusted with the way I was spoken to.

The booth separators were full of greasy hand prints and the rack that held condiments on the table was extremely rusted and unkempt. There was a broken out window pane upon entry to the Restaurant.
Food was good. No complaints.

Meh. This place is so bland with lackluster customer service and mediocre food. Not of this place at all.

This place was the worst. Showed up at 1am only a few people in the restaurant as customers but a full staff.watched 3 gropes of people come in order 2 plates of food each group and leave while we waited on our food that we never got. We sat there for almost 2 hours waiting on our food! After that we were so pissed off we left. Do not eat here if your wanting good service and Any food at that matter!

Service and was good. Much better than the last time I was there (about 4 yrs ago).
I would recommend sitting at a table instead of a booth. The seat cushion feels like it is collapsed and you are sitting too low.

The food is always good and cooked the way you ask for it. Lack of stars is because everything is slow. Even with no one there it takes forever.

Great serving staff, friendly people. Owner is an amazing and great guy. The restrooms are very poorly managed however and that's a big thing to me. Gotta give it 3 stars
