Denny's, Kissimmee FL

I took my mom there for her 1st meal after her gallbladder surgery and they alot to choose from that is Healthy

Food was decent no complaints the service was great it was a large and it was correct great staff

I've eaten at this Denny's before without really any reservation. However the past few weeks I've been working in the area late at night, and when I stopped by the first time there were two employees that seem to be out taking a break. I parked my truck which had a 24ft trailer and a mini excavator. After taking some time to park and walk up to the door, the guy finally says or closed except for online to-go orders. Which I thought to myself why didn't you just say that to me while I was parking my truck 10ft away from him. However this night I was able to make it inside after standing at the hostess table waiting to be seated for about 5 minutes. The place was dead there was one other table in the restaurant being occupied. So finally a gentleman that has been on the phone looked at me and asked me if I needed any help? I said yes I would like to sit down and eat please. He acted surprised that somebody was in here wanting to eat. He then had to go find the server which by the smell of her when she came in was on a smoke break perhaps. So I settle in I knew what I wanted to put it in that place my order Cobb salad double prime rib and a double order of french fries and unsweet tea with lemon. Everything comes out and the salad has what appears to be the remanence of maybe a cutting board that was used to cut the prime rib. I asked is that a double order of prime rib? Which she exclaims I'll have to make another. Now this was not even the size of a normal portion of prime rib that I get on this salad very regularly. So even the double portion that they would have given me what equals up to about the size of a single portion at other Denny's restaurants. If you notice I get a double portion of just about anything that is worth eating because Denny's as a whole has reduced portion sizes in certain areas. French fries and prime rib are two areas I have noticed. Overall it might be just that night in particular and I understand the decline in regular and reliable help, so I wouldn't and I understand also they they are understaffed at that hour. So all I can say is maybe your visit earlier or before patient and understanding.

Was late after the Park. Food was good, consistent with the other Denny’s. Service was outstanding. We were tired and thirsty and Beatriz took good care of us.

Food was lousy (and all out of all toast except white), coffee was terrible, service terrible and pricey! I will never be back don't waste your money!

The restaurant was empty at only one other table being served. Long wait for drink order and food order with 4 wait staff standing around. Provided plastic utensils when all other tables had silverware setup. The food was typical diner food. The server was nice.

I wouldn't eat here again not even for free. Customer service sucks. We are in times, where we have to treat guest with hospitality to make them happy, for them come back. Went here with our family of 6 and wow what a waste of air. Order was wrong, got extra things we didn't order, everyone left their food and no one care to ask how we felt.

Best Denny’s I’ve ever been to. And I have been to a lot of them. The only thing that competes with their quality food is the amazing quality service.

Breakfast at Denny's is a true American breakfast experience. If you don't eat much, you can order 1 Big Slam which will be enough for 2 people. This particular unit is in need of refurbishment but is still well worth it.

Came at 11: 30pm on a Sunday and the door was locked. An employee advised they are only open at that time for Door Dash orders and such, not done in. Open 24 hours needs to be updated.

If only there were zero stars. This place is disgusting. Avoid it. Our male server told us that they were "out of shakes". My husband ordered a brisket meal and 20 minutes after we ordered the server comes back and says they don't have enough brisket so I guess they never started cooking our order or he didn't place it? Then one of the other TWO tables in the entire restaurant gets served a SHAKE. My husband asks our server if they now have shakes? Server gets upset and then comes back to our table with a vanilla shake. We wanted a chocolate and a strawberry. The bathrooms are leaking water very badly and the mens room is almost impossible to even go into according to my two boys because it smells so bad. I haven't been to a Dennys in years and I won't be going back anytime soon. YUCK!

The food was quite good, the attention too, but the place looks a bit neglected and lacks cleanliness

The food was delicious. Service was great. Avoid the app though. Your best best just to walk in if you're getting something to take out, that way you know what you're getting. Make sure you read the descriptions of the meals because you may not be getting what you think you're getting.
