Denny's, Kissimmee FL

Stopped at 4 different dennys over two different days with no success of even being seated or ordering. It's very unfortunate, as they used to be the wife and mysleves favorite food spot. They seem unorganized and short of really caring, honestly.however, it also seems to be the direct cause of understaffing and being way overworked. As our government would perfer to pay us more to set at home and do nothing, vs.earning our keeps and keeping the economy strong!

Run away your customers one at a time. Kelly is one of the rudest team members on earth. Glad you can afford to have your guest never return.

We had a great service, Lisayra did a fantastic job and was super friendly and helpful. The food tasted amazing and came out quick. Lost a star because it was just the hostess and the chef taking orders and cooking and im pretty sure the manager was just chilling in the back. It started to get busy and the two of them had to take on allot, this could be better especially for those workers.

Terrible. Did not. Inform us that it would be an 87 min wait until after we ordered then they did door dash who made the wait another 30 minutes food cold nasty.no condiments. Denny would not answer their phone neither did the Door dash person.the lettuce looked like you would get salmonella. The omelet not cooked

The burger was unseasoned and somewhat tastless. The service was okay but for the price it cost it wasnt worth it whatsoever

Horrible service we waited 30 min siting in a table, with no drinks and no server to take our order. We had two kids at the table and they didn’t care and when I asked for a server she decided to clean a table instead of taking our order, and I told her that we have been waiting for 30 min and she said. AND YOU ATE GOING TO WAIT LIKE 40 min MORE! Unacceptable answer!

The hostess the morning of Jan 21,2019 was great. Despite being an extremely busy morning we were seated within 15 minutes. Nicole was super great; fast and positive attitude. Good was delicious. Highly recommend!

Visited this denny's a week ago while on vacation. I must say, out of all of the dinning experiences in the Kissimmee area, this had to be the worse. The one bright side was although there was a pretty lengthy line, my wife and I got seated fairly fast. But that's where it goes down hill, it took 20 minutes for someone to even come back to our table and acknowledge us to give our order! To make matters worse, we were told that it would be a 45 to 50 minute wait on our food due to back orders. After this long wait, the food was cold as though it had been just sitting for 30 of the 50 minutes we waited. So needless to say we were extremely disappointed! My recommendation, IHOP which is only a few shops down, despite the volume, they got us in and out with hot delicious food for a good price. Denny's is just not worth it, AT ALL!

Worst experience ever! Waitress walked passed us 5 times in 20 minutes! Never asked us for drinks, never said be right with you, nothing; never approached us. Not sure why. Ended up getting up and leaving. Horrible.

Favourite dinner in America! Mango smoothie is the best and pancakes are super taste! Customer service is amazing, we had a lovely lady who looked after us called Debbie. Very happy with our service here. Thank you Dennys ️

Great service! Very busy but the management took charge and helped doing everything. Nice to see the Team work. This is coming from a previous employee of Denny's in Hawaii!

Always a delight to come here any time of the day. Whether you want breakfast, lunch or dinner, they are always accommodating. Very friendly and great prices.

Kind of run down, we walked out because nobody came to take any orders after 15 min. The place wasn't even busy

Great staff, the food was really good! The flavor, the amount served, everything was good. You can really tell they pay a lot of attention to detail in here. Will definitely visit this Denny's more often.

Bad attention, was a lot of people waiting for a table, but there were a lot of tables free and dirty. They took long to attend.

Had to wait ten minutes to get a table, 15 min for drinks, waitress did not come back to refill and had to send two dinners back wrong orders and horrible tasting food. Out of a lot of options. Just all around bad and staff does not care. Very unclean and unsanitary and the air had a smell. We left and paid for only the burnt coffee.

They burned my eggs and served them to me with raw bacon and I had to do without sauce for my pancakes. This place must be poorly managed. Worst food I've ever had at a Denney's. I don't understand how my plate could have gotten past kitchen staff and wait staff and actually brought to my table. I should have taken a picture.

We ordered nachos without pico de gallo and they brought it cold and with a pico de gallo we ordered two T-Bone well cooked and brought it with blood and to top it off the attention is terrible

Superior example of this chain. Clean, friendly and efficient staff and good food.
Best pancakes we had on holiday and they do a mean vege omelette.

Went here for a quick meal. Waitress very welcoming and there was a nice, casual atmosphere. Food was good for the price.
