Dent-All of Palm City

My family enjoyed going to this dentist. Kendra and Lucy were very good hygienists. I would like to know which dental practice they went to. Unfortunately, it looks like this practice has fallen on hard times. I wonder if they will be selling off the patient list.

Had a 1: 30 appointment today. Tried to call the number wasn't any good so I went to the office and the doors are locked. No notices. No notes. No nothing. I just started going here a year ago and I'm very disappointed. The staff was great. The hygienist was great. Everyone was great. I'm very disappointed to find out that what they would just open abandon me

Came here for a second opinion and very glad I did! Honest and friendly staff. 10/10 recommend.

Just came back for my 6 month cleaning and I just have to say, Kendra puts the “Gentle” in Dental Hygienist”. I’d recommend her to anyone who wants their teeth cleaned with kindness and care!

Staff here is wonderful, but especially Rebecca who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.

I've been a patient of Dent-All off and on for a number of years. With much trepidation I went back to them after leaving because a crown they put in lasted a year and a half before it rotted the base and broke off.
So after breaking off a tooth down to the gum line, I called and made an appointment to have a tooth extraction followed by the installation of an implant.
I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Freedman for the next day. I go to the appt and it was a $60 consultation! All of which he could have been telling me while pulling my tooth! So still in pain, I had to take an appt for the following week. That day I showed up 15 minutes early for my appt and was allowed to sit in the lobby for almost 2 hours unaddressed by anyone in the reception area. I left!
When my wife called the receptionist and asked why she just let me sit there, her reply was, "well, we had things going on. Would you like to reschedule? " Well, I was sitting there. There was nothing going on more than typical office business. There was absolutely no reason why I couldn't have been given periodic updates. Needless to say, I did not reschedule and will stay away for good this time.

I have been waiting for a call back from Dent-All Palm City, off and on, since January 10th, 2023. Was told just last week the office manager would call me back Thursday afternoon or today (March 27th). Nothing. I think I’m moving on. Too bad because until December 2022, this was a pretty great practice.
