Unusual delay for routine cleaning. Seemed disorganized and chaotic. Maybe the holiday season

All the associates at Dental Associates at Walden Woods are the BEST I have ever experienced in all my years of going to the dentist!

My Hygienist, Jillian, was the BEST hygienist I have ever had in my 64 years! If you want to have the most effective and easy cleaning need to ask for Jillian! I am sure all the hygienist's at Dental Associates are great! The office staff working at the front desk were very professional and extremely friendly!

Dr. Ray is also a great Dentist!

Fixed several teeth and I am almost complete with invisalign program. Very pleased with service I have received.

Dr Ray and his staff was very nice and professional. They all were very polite and cheerful. They were very knowledge and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

Over 45 min late for a cleaning. It’s a bit frustrating when you got there 30 min early. I can understand if the dentist is running behind but this was just a cleaning and typically does not involve the dentist at all. It would have been nice to be informed if they were running behind or overbooked.

Friendly staff. The dental hygienist Alexis was super nice. She didn't hurt me or make me feel awkward while cleaning my teeth. I will definitely go back. I recommend this place if you had bad experiences other places.

The staff at Dental Associates is always very friendly, professional and really care about your comfort. From the minute you enter the office, until checkout, you are met with a smile. I have really sensitive teeth and the hygienist is always so mindful of my anxiety about this. Thanks so much to you all.
