Make Ya Smile in Sugarland is the most unprofessional dental office I have ever seen. The front desk receptionist name Jalisha was so rude. Very aggressive. Had no empathy or compassion for customer service! Did not know how to communicate or listen to my concerns
For my recent treatment and my payment.
I would not recommend this dental office to anyone!

My girlfriend was wrongly terminated from a job that she put her all into. Unfortunately this company does not care about its hard working employees enough to support them through a natural disasters after math and would rather wash there hands clean and lay them off leaving them with out a job for no legitimate reason in a time of need like right now. I would stay very far away from this business and it’s shady corporate practices. She was not even offered a severance like most companies do for an employees that have worked full time with them.

Truly a disappointing company. I worked here about 1 year and a half and love the people I work with but not the company. I got laid off after hurricane Ian for no legitimate reason. How can someone have the audacity to be able to lay off an employee after a natural disaster like the one we had. I’m not getting payed the days that the hurricane affected us and before I got layed off they wanted me to sign for borrowed pto that has to be payed back. What a miserable company to ever work for. Don’t put any more money into a company that doesn’t care about their employees especially after a natural disaster. Never got a raise or paid more for being bilingual either either
